February 28th Change Log:
Added ReShade to each package. Comes with various shaders for sharpening. There is no FPS loss when using ReShade
Added new bloom and rain lens shaders for the Single Player and FiveM packages. Rain lens shader now reacts to street light colors and properly detects roofs, tunnels and interiors via the engine where it won't apply the effect. More shaders will be added back in the near future
Added the ability to modify street light colors, headlight intensity, ambient tones and fog haze colors via ReShade in real-time, along with the ability to create and save custom presets using these techniques. You must be using the NVE.asi plugin in order for this to work. Only works in Single Player and FiveM for now
Updated the NVE.asi plugin with multiple weather patches, as well as various functions for ReShade usage
Adjusted various blood particle effects to appear more dramatic. Blood will now spread further on to nearby objects or peds. Additionally shooting or stabbing someone at close range may now leave blood stains on your clothing
Added a new Olive Tree model with improved performance, working collisions, LOD models and much more as part of the vegetation overhaul
Retextured dozens of billboards and real estate signs around Los Santos for the "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters
Fixed an issue with the Night Vision effect not working properly during night time
Slightly reduced the chance of lightning strikes from occurring too quickly
Fixed various broken LOD lights around the map in Single Player
Removed backfire particle effect shadows
Updated the README guide with new instructions and tips for ReShade usage
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

Hi, the reshade is a bit too sharp for me. Causing some flickering also on building windows. I have tried turning luma sharpen down but makes no difference, any suggestions pls?
Perhaps it's not reshade causing the issue then? Do you have FXAA or TXAA turned on in graphics settings?
how can i deactivate the raindrops in fivem? Its nice but during fights, it is a disadvantage.
Open the reshade menu, uncheck the raindrops shader and save your preset.
Why is there no ENB folder in the download like previous versions?
We use ReShade which is included.

Why were particle shadows removed?
They were not removed. Make sure you have particle quality settings turned up.

Only happens if you combine with other mods that override same files.

tried to reach out via discord, that did not work... am having issues with the clouds? i removed the Vclouds but now the clouds are like frozen in place?
You must be using an outdated version of the mod. Clouds were removed a month ago but they'll be back as soon as we finish porting them over to the new interface.

Hey, so my game keep crashing on loading up I have the updated, scripthookv and dot and I have the recent gameconfig, honestly I don’t know what else to do
Try verifying game files and then do a clean mods folder with only this mod. Let me know if it works. Don't install other mods until you confirm everything else is working.

Evening, i downloaded the Mod pack for FiveM, put them in my Mods / Plugin folder and the NVE doesn't load into the FiveM servers, i run all my settings on Very High and followed your tutorial but still nothing, any tips?
Are the servers running pure mode lvl 2? Did you try on a public server such as Impulse 99 or RSM Freeroam?
Hi. Any advice how to set the raining maybe, every time it rains I'm getting 100% GPU usage and it's a bit lagging. I've got 3070 and never had this issue before so unsure what has changed.
Are you using stock NVE with ReShade only? Or other stuff in addition?

Verify your game files, delete your mods folder and then try again.

yeah same issue, seems nve.asi is not compatible with the latest scripthook, guessing cause it was released after the new nve came out
Re-download the Single Player package. We fixed this the other day and updated the NVE.asi script.
A problem occurred while executing the NVE.ASI error. I am using version 1.0.2845. How can I fix it?

with every new update do I have to uninstall the last for the new?
Not necessarily. You can install on top of the old update.
On the new version (Feb 23) after install and trying to load my game keep getting an error saying something about NVE.ASI error and my game closes any ideas? I've reverted back to previous Jan 23 version and everything works again
It's because your GTAV is not on the newest update from today and our plugin only works for the newest version at the moment.
Nice, good decision to take advantage of the new ReShade update, is it the definitive replacement for ENB or not? ReShade and ENB do the same or not so much or are they different things?
