Added a 'Performance Mode' for the 'Volumetric Clouds' add-on which greatly increases framerate
Improved traffic light visibility when MSAA is disabled
Modified the corona texture to work properly on FiveM servers streaming a custom visualsettings file
Reworked the altV and RageMP packages in order to force load custom content and prevent crashes
Fixed a crashing issue with RAGEPluginHook and the LSPDFR plugin
Fixed an issue with vehshare modifications not working on the newest game update
Fixed an issue with carcols which caused missing tuning parts on certain vehicles
Fixed an issue with the 'Parallax Roads and Pavement Overhaul' add-on
Fixed an issue with the 'Darker Nights' add-on
Fixed various issues with vegetation
July 31st Change Log:
Added a new 'Clearing' weather with volumetric clouds as part of the 'Volumetric Clouds (Alpha)' optional add-on for Single Player
Moved volumetric clouds color and config calculations into the plugin in order to slightly increase performance
Improved the helicopter downwash effect. Now kicks up dust on sandy surfaces
Increased directional shadow distance in Los Santos when not in a vehicle
Added new high-quality traffic light models with realistic details around the map
Overhauled the entire corona system and carcols files in order to improve lights and resolve various issues. All headlights, taillights, street lights and emergency lights now have a slight glow along with distant visibility. Emergency lights are now more visible during all hours of the day as well
Fixed and improved dozens of lodlights, along with lights on buildings and props around the map
Reworked tall palm tree models and added new high-quality trunk textures on some vanilla palm tree models as part of the vegetation overhaul
Added a new large ficus tree as part of the vegetation overhaul
Added the 'Snowy Mount Chiliad (WIP)' add-on for Platinum Supporters which adds overhauls Mount Chiliad and adds snowmelt. This will be completed in future updates
Added new fur grass textures with improved colors and shader tweaks at the Observatory
Added a rainbow which appears near the shoreline by the lighthouse in Clearing weather. Currently only works in Single Player
Improved vehicle headlight textures, intensity and distance for added realism
Added a new cinematic anamorphic flare texture which has a subtle effect on distant vehicle headlights
Overhauled the P-45 Nokota plane with new textures, shader tweaks and smoothed out the geometry on the dashboard
Fixed an issue with the sidewalks around Vinewood Boulevard as part of the 'Parallax Roads and Pavement Overhaul' add-on
Added parallax roads for Vinewood Hills, Observatory, Fort Zancudo and the Senora Shores Airfield from the previous update to the main package for Gold Supporters
Added two more high-quality signs for the Senora National Park in Blaine County
Fixed vertex paint on various models around the map
Modified the timecycle mods file in order to remove the depth of field effect from various interiors in the FiveM package
Fixed an issue with the 'o_NVE_Animated_Lights.rpf' file causing a crash in FiveM on servers running game version 2699. Users must clear their entire FiveM cache if they previously crashed due to this rpf file
Updated the "Gameconfig for Vehicle Mods" optional add-on to support the latest game version
Updated the altV and RageMP packages to support the latest game version
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks
Known Issues:
- LOD lights for street lights glitch out in some locations in Single Player due to not being completed. They will be completed across several future updates.
- Laser lights glitch out and flicker at certain angles. This will be fixed in the future once we have a solution.

i installed nve the game config and the other files now its crashing
Make sure you're on the newest game version if you're using my gameconfig. Aside from that you can try a clean install
When I edit a recorded clip in RE, it takes sometimes 5-10 seconds to create a new camera or keyframe or even to move the camera. Jumping in the timeline is also loading really long. Any fix? Specs: RTX3060 / 64GB RAM. Thanks

Issue is likely on your end because LSPDFR is working fine and all related crashes cause by the mod were fixed on the August 18th update.

It's working fine. Maybe you overwrote the effect with another mod or if you're playing in FiveM then the serve you play on is overwriting it.

Are you using LSPDFR? If so then I pushed out a fix for this today. Download the mod again using the same link.
Hello, The volumetric clouds are buggy, they stay static and move when I move the camera
They are only meant to be used for single player for the time being. Please delete your enbseries folder and re-install enb from the FiveM package.

How it works? It uses encrypted RPF files which FiveM supports within the mods folder.

Getting loading error (corrupt game data). I started with fresh install and followed all of the steps above. The game loads fine if I delete the dinput8.dll, but then no mods will be loaded. Any help would be appreciated
Make sure you're installing into the mods folder. If you're using car mods then you need to install the Gameconfig Optional Add-On file.

Question, I did a clean install and my game crashes on the loading screen after I select "Player Story Mode." I have Alexander Blades Scipthook V as well as the Community Scripthook. Is there something I am missing? I have a new RTX 3060 and using medium settings.

Correct
The game has been updated to 2699, but after installing the latest image quality package, the game version will still be 2628, and the story mode cannot be loaded indefinitely. After uninstalling the image quality package, it returns to normal.
I tested on a clean copy of GTAV on steam with the newest update and my game version is 2699, so I think this is an issue on your end. Verify your game files and do a clean mods install

Story mode you mean? Works fine with NVE. Maybe re-install your game and remove scripts.
when ever I load into fivem it says "vfs::RagePackFile7 failed to inflate()" anyone know why?
Make sure you only have NVE files inside your FiveM mods folder and nothing else. Additionally make sure you downloaded and extracted them properly and your download was not corrupted.

Gonna assume you're on FiveM. Do a clean install of the mod and delete the old files. If the issue persists after then it's because of the server you play on overwriting one of my files.

If you're using single player then they should be part of the "NVE" dlcpack. If you're on FiveM then they should be part of the "White Street Lights" rpf. Feel free to join the discord if you want quicker support.

The server you are playing on is overwriting our traffic light textures. You can remove the 'White Street Lights' rpf file from your FiveM mods folder to resolve this for now.
Love the corona work! I average about 40 fps playing with 11gb gdr ram on my strix 1080ti, 6700k Intel chip on high game settings and low enb. If I upgrade to 3090ti 24gb would I see a massive improvement? Or do I have chip bottleneck?
I think you may bottleneck a bit since your CPU is older but you'll still get more frames.

how do u make it so u can play with LSPDFR and not crash everytime.
First off, have you tried to run LSPDFR using the batch script? It should be in your GTAV folder labeled 'GTAV - RPH and ENB Launcher.bat'. Your other option is to remove all of the NVE dlcpacks from dlclist.xml and try again. Some of those dlcpacks may cause crashes due to LSPDFR enabling multiplayer maps.

It makes emissive police lights brighter. Would be easier to help you via the #patreon_help channel on discord. Just ping me and show a picture of what you are having an issue with.
hi how can i just add the better weather effects/physics my system cant currently use this mod. but i just want the better wind effects so the cloth on clothes and capes is better thanks.
I don't think you can do that easily. They're part of the main mod package.

You can download and install over the old one. If you're using FiveM then delete all of the old files from your mods folder before installing this update.
