Meet the Ancient Forest Primordial
Hello guys!
A quick update to share with you what we are working on :)
For the first time at Artisan Guild we are making a cool trap for our Dungeon Master friends: a forest Scatter Terrain who turn into a ferocious and epic defender of the woods.
Imagine your players when they explore this terrain, and once they are near enough (or on top of it), it starts to uproot from the terrain in all his majestic fury.
On top of the 3 Armored Stags cavalry unit we are sculpting, there will be this HUGE Forest Primordial, which is a sort of nature elemental, who can be used also as epic mount-pedestal for any other model.
On the top there's a flat mushroom that is suited for that purpose, and if it's not needed, we have a nice mushroom plug-cap to put on top to hide it.
We couldn't decided about the head, so we ended up sculpting two :)

would be nice to have themed ones, like "Undeadwood" Corpses with vines & plant stuff or "Infernal Undeads" with some fire or even finds corpses bring back

Yeah I really like this Idea, you could go a bunch of routes with it. Like an earth elemental that breaks down into terrain.

I love it as a Treant like creature...Hoping for a Kurnoth Hunter like warrior, but this is really cool. I would love a Sylvaneth like set on the polls for a month. Thank you for all of your hard work.

I have to admit, I didn’t vote for this set and wasn’t very keen on elves, but I changed my mind.
I am not really a fan of Mushroom Treants, I would personally prefer something more tree-like, with leaves and branches instead of giant mushrooms. But I must give credit where credit is due, this is a sculpt of incredible quality and detail, just like everything you make. I would echo the requests given by other patrons to make an optional arm without the blade, and maybe even an optional cap to hide the base in the shape of branches and vines, instead of a mushroom cap. I understand that it might be too much work, considering the amount and quality of your monthly releases, but a boy can hope :)
Well, thats definitely something you wouldn't find around... not really my type (Mushroom Treant... "Meh"). But still a great work through! The arms and faces are EPIC! But could he have a hand at least? Maybe a changeble one? Like claws, because this guy dont even have "fingers" to pick things up, just STAB & SMASH! Heh
I’m just wishlisting here so feel free to ignore, any chance for an alternate version of the platform and cover which resembles a flower and flower bud? And/or a modular hand holding some vines to serve as reins?
Man... flower instead of mushroom must have got me because the mushroons for me are... "Meh"

Just guess here, but since a 25mm (maybe larger) base can fit on that shroom platform I’d wager the Treeman’s base is 100mm or larger (just from comparing them in the photo).

that sounds perfect, but people is probably a bit tired of so many dwarves at the moment. Let's wait a bit for them :)

Out of curiosity are the codes like the 50% one time use in the store?
If it's a code they distribute to everyone, it is multi-use. Otherwise, the first person to use it would prevent everyone else from using the code.
