The Dragonguard - trailer
Hello friends!
Here a very quick post to show you the trailer of our next month release.
In our vision, this race of Draconic blood infused creatures have some strong differences from the Lizardmen, for example not having tails or fins in the back.
Some Lore about this Faction
The noble Dragonguard is an ancient order of Dragonblood knights who swore allegiance to Ghaomir, the ancient and supreme Dragon-God. Once human, the spirits of the most valiant ancestors among the order had been infused with the sacred dragon's blood, turning them into immortal creatures of great might and wisdom. Among the most acclaimed heroes of this order of knights, the skalds still sings about the wise leader Scramax the Battlemage; and the brutal "one man army" Nasmaraax the Destroyer, killer of wyverns, a mighty barbarian of disproportionate dimensions feral as a raging Dragon. Hundreds of years ago, during the epic battle for the city of Torm, the Dragonguard and the Fighter's Guild fought valiantly against the forces of Tialevor and his army of Soulless and Ashen Alfar. Even the legendary Dragon Ornithaax, son of the Dragon-God Ghaomir, took part in the battle, decimating the ranks of the current Tyrant-God. In the age of ashes, the Dragonguard order lives in total seclusion, awaiting the resurrection of the revered Ghaomir to oust the God-Tyrant from his throne.
Our 3d printable figures come with ball-jointed wrists and various weapon options for infinite customization:

Torm Scatter Ruin (Terrain)
For any kind of conversion you might need we included a draconic tail in the Standalone folder that can be used to digitally kitbash these models; adding those in the slicer should be really simple, the lower armor has been designed to have a nice transiction if you want to add the tail to the design. The pack is already super heavy with the addition of the mounted knights, so it''s better to avoid the double of the models to include tail options :)
As we mentioned earlier, the next release will also come Presupported, but this time with Lychee Slicer. This month it is proving to better suits our needs during presupporting, and by the way, Lychee can slice into .ctb files for printing in any case.

can you make one of these dragonguard female? I am trying to print a female one for my brothers girlfriend for a new dnd sesh.
I only just recently joined, a few days before the new month so that I could get last month's set, and I can say I definitely joined at a great time! I can't wait to try painting these awesome designs!

Normally I wouldn't have said this, but after seeing the head variations. I would have loved modular heads on this set, bring able to make a whole squad of just Blue Dragon descendants or what not would have been pretty slick.
Putting breasts on the pin up is a little weird and cringe but its a nice set.
that's why she have 2 versions, one with and one without :)

They look great! The only thing that I find a little weird are the high heels feet of the pin up, going to print and paint her anyway of course.

Is the head which the pinup is sitting on a separate piece?? I would love to have that as a standalone piece
Someone posted a video tutoral in the facebook group that demonstrates removing magic affects from the minis. Maybe it can do the same for this?

Thanks for including the tail option! I will also try to add some wings (Maybe daemon ones could fit well...) Only thing else I could ask for is another shield option with a more conventional shape. Other than that they look awesome!
For the shield I was just gonna switch out one of the tall Ashen Alfar shields

And my dragonborn Dragoon will finally be realized physically :) Awesome set! I feel for the Bugbears but I have to admit i'm glad Dragonguard got the votes. EDIT: Forgot to mention how amazing that cape is also! AG killing it with the awesome capes lately.
