Supports Included from May
Hello guys, we really hope you are having a nice weekend! We just finished to schedule the May Monthly Release post and there will be a nice surprise inside it!
This is really something important you don't want to miss!
First of all, we both want to thank you for supporting us even during these hard times, you are the best! We never expected to surpass 5000. Well we didn't even expect to surpass 500 in the first place!
As things are developing now, we don't want to charge extra money for supports.
Starting from the next month (May 2020), everyone supporting us as Adventurer or Merchant will get the Pre-Supportied releases, starting from the Oni Clan and the two bonus secret figures! This is a permanent change, every future release will be affected.
Pre Supported Tier
This month the Pre-Supported Jurakins will still be available through the specific Tiers for the extra +8$. The Pre-Supported Tiers will get removed from Patreon during the last hours of this month on day 30th April, but you can switch back to Adventurer anytime you are ready (of course, since you joined to get the pre-supported jurakins you'll not receive a refund).

We have no plans for the previous releases (and we also have no time to plan this), so for the moment please enjoy the Pre-Supported figures provided each month on Patreon.

I bought a printer last month and have printed some minis with it, one of them was your free sample amazone. She's awesome! Decided to join, never did that before. I love those serpent women from the earlier sets, will pick some up later.

Hey there, I'm looking to support for April and get the death-tide models, but I'm in the middle of moving and don't know if I'll be able to download them immediately. Will those files still be available for April patrons next month, or will they no longer be available for download by then?

Thank you ! I just ordered a resin printer... Up to now I printed in FDM, the quality was OK for my painting skills :) But the success rate isn't that great (around 60% of successful prints)
I had a similar problem(but with my resine photon s). I discovered that each resin in each printer have different parameters (sounds logic but review the parameters always). Since I print with the correct parameters i have a 100% of succesful). Please let us know when we can/should change tier - currently can't change from the pre-supported merchant tier as there are no slots available in the other merchant tier. That aside, thank you very much for doing this - you guys are awesome and do great work 👌

Signed up for pre-supported because of the quality on both ends making it worth it, imo. Impressive move to make it included in lower tier. Bravo and looking forward to more months of great sculpts!
So what about merchants in the pre supported tier ?? I gave up my original merchant slot to get pre supports no theres are no merchant slots left what are we to do ?

The supported models are fantastic. I will use the extra cash to pick up a couple extra amazons on mmf. 😉 Speaking of which. Might be cool to add supported models there as well...😁
Why did you choose to include the supported files in the “normal” tier suddenly? Don’ get me wrong I love it and I think every Patreon should include pre-supported files as they hopefully have test printed their models before releasing them, so the files are all ready there. Personally I only support patrons with pre-supported minis now. Life is to short to do double work. Again thanks for some of the greatest models out there. Now my only wish is that the previous months also gets pre-supported, I’m way behind with my printing.
We couldn't imagine 2020 was so harsh, with the current situation we decided that this was the best thing to do.

These guys just keep proving themselves as a class act. Best investment i've made all year backing these guys and the pre-supported stuff is what really made every print stress free and I could just get on with what I enjoy which is the painting side, thanks guys keep up the great work!

Awesome news, I've got every set except the 1st Dwarf set and I don't even have a printer yet (long story). But I too wish there was a way to get the old ones pre-supported even if it was $8 extra per set.

I am happy we all get it now but. Does the supported merchant tier price dropping now? or is the extra cost part of being able to sell the prints?
Either we make just one Tier with enough space for both, or we keep both at the same price

Thank you for offering this going forward for the adventurer price! I was among those who were happy to pay extra for the pre-supported tier, but like many people who are also now out of work was looking at things to cut to help the budget balance. Now I don't have to :)
With the Manticore coming up in June leads me to ask will the Epic Bosses now become presupported or will they stay supportless?

How will this affect the loyalty program?
in no way. Our loyality program check everyone who's pledging as 10$ or more dollars, including the first 100 adventurers (9$)
I agree with the concern of the pre-supported merchant tier. Many of us stepped up to the pre-supported and now it's a race for those of us at the start of the month to keep our access. We great appreciate what you are doing for the community, but those of us merchants who stepped up are now being punished and at risk of not keeping our year long placeholder.
I vote to change the current Merchant Tier to "Early Bird Merchant Tier" and Presupported Merchant Tier to "Slowpoke Merchant Tier" . Idk if that would be possible but it would at least keep positions from being able to be sniped out from under us. I personally don't care if I have to pay the extra $10/mo as these are the best models in quality and ease of printing from any of the artists I sell.

Yeah, this is going to have to have a plan laid out for what will happen to the Presupported Merchant tier. Since there are only 30 spots in the normal Merchant tier and it is currently filled up.

Will the files be available without supports as well or is everything forward only pre-supported?
In the pre-supported we have both files
For those of us who are signed up for the $18 pre-supported adventurer tier currently, does that mean we will be dropped down to the $10 adventurer tier for the month of May and only be charged the $10 for that month?
Or, if I change to the $10 adventurer tier now, will that be applied for may ?

How will this work for merchant tier? I left the regular for the pre supported, if there are no spots left in regular am I just out of luck?
