Goldmaw Lizards Trailer! Coming in November
Hello guys!
First of all welcome the 500 new patrons who entered this month, thank you for your trust and great support!
As always, we try to finish the following month release about 10 days before so we can correct issues and do tests. So here the trailer of the next month!
As you can see the November set is HUGE, it barely fit the screen. Making the renders was 1 day alone, cropping them to assemble the final pictures another day, so we really hope you'll like the video <3
Modular Models
We are pretty known for our modular models: balljointed wrist miniatures with various weapon options, perfect to create your custom hero, your Wargame warband/army or your perfect rpg encounter.
Needs various different defenders? Glue shields and one handed weapons.
Need dual wield berserkers? Mirror the weapon+hand files and use it on both hands.
Need 6 different Archers? you can easly make those.
Need a bloowbowl team? Use the empty fists ;)
As always we prefer to give you each month the tool to make your perfect models, no need to make clones and clones with the only difference being a weapon.
This month the Modular are 6 instead of 4: we decided to make 2 Lizard Ladies, even if the difference for a reptile race is subtle. More delicate features and slightly wider hips.
PS: the Cutting Room Floor contains some extra variants of these characters. we know that some between you prefer the lizard-ladies to have some more human features :P
Heroes
You voted for Lizardman, and you get badass lizardman commanders and heroes! Kaztot Stormcaller, the spellcaster (shaman, cleric, druid, animancer...) is summoning a great storm, but you can still print him without the fancy thunderbolt.
The Goldmaw Prince Xol'Toa come on foot or riding a giant epic beast. The beast itself can be used as monster or as mount, and it came with 3 different heads. Wings are separated for easy printing :)
The Beauty of the month (a special goal we reached months ago), Coaxoch the Duchess is coming in 2 versions... one "regular reptile" one, and one breasted. Print this last one at your own risk ^^" (lol)!
EPIC BOSS
Normally there's no Epic Boss in a monthly release, but as promised every patrons will receive a unique bonus version of Zantharot, the Lizard Champion. These extra bits (Demon-Toad Head, Maul and dual Blades) are exclusive here now. The Kickstarter version of this Epic Boss have not these unique features. (5K Euro Stretch Goals of AMAZONS!)
Special Offer Model: Zantharot will be the Special Offer of the next month, while this month is the Tarasque.
When you click on Special Offer Patreon suggest you either to choose a Tier or pledge a custom amount (starting from 5$). This is just a layout problem as the Offer works only for our Adventurers and Merchant Tiers! In fact, in the Tier description you can see the Offer symbol (little yellow bolt) with the description of it. We already contacted Patreon support and they are trying to make this more clear. Thanks!

Odd question, since I backed amazons, will the raptor be rideable by the Saurus minis as well? Will they fit?

Corey - This is exactly what i plan on doing with these prints is making a Blood Bowl team. I was also thinking the amazon's would be good for a Warcry team.
Yeah, just trying to figure out a good Skink option. Figure males for saurians, females for chameleons.
Is there any chance at all of getting an open hand for Zantharot's left hand? Make him Blood Bowl-able? The pointing right hand and an open left hand would be great.
Just rescale the Modular Lizard hands and place there in the right spot before printing ;)
Hi!! First of all, congrats!! Like every month, AMAZING!! I have a question... Like you did with the depths ones, it will be possible to print the lightning of Kaztot Stormcaller as a spell effect? It would be great!! Thanks!!!
I actually asked this in the discord channel. The lightning won't be separate as it relies on the actual caster to support some of the smaller bits

Oh and about the Amazons Kickstarter. Could the dwarf Berserker have steel claws as an alternative weapon? I love this model but I'll love her with claws

I love the shields and items. Perhaps that could be another Goal for the Patreon, at a certain number of patreons another item will be added to the monthly files: It could be a nicer sculpt of a magic item, that way we could customize our heroes and models with magic items that they find in game.

I have a question: I am a new patreon from the beginning of October, for November the payment is automatic or do I have to do it again manually?
it should be automatic :) it works like that for the patreon we support
As a wargamer, having 6 multi pose models is a great gift. If this becomes the norm, it would be fantastic, as it allows to put together a warband of 10 model without any repetition
I'm slightly confused by the special offer, I've selected it but it only seems to have reduced my pledge to 5 a month
current special offer is a Tarasque to all the Adventurers and Merchants. Patreon still have this sort of "bug" where it suggest to pay a custom amount starting from 5

Omg this is SO legit. My party is just about to finish in the capital's arena where the arena hunters will be taking them on to hunt for new monsters for the arena on a mysterious island that no one but the hunters known about... they won't be telling the adventurers about the natives, though XD

Probably my favorite month thus far.
You guys really outdo yourselves every month. Even with people being negative or critiquing every one of your posts, you manage to put out arguably the best work out there right now. I really commend you on finding solutions to satisfy all of your patrons every time. You guys are so talented you could just ignore everyone and do your own thing and still be successful, but instead you make sure to include everyone in the decisions you make. This is why you deserve the success of this patreon. You work hard and have values.
