200 Patrons Goal Unlock - Alternative Weapons!
You did it dear supporters! It's incredible, we never tought we could reach this point, you are amazing!
Here is a preview pictures on how the Alternative Weapons will look in the next release (and all future ones!) This feature will be helpful for you to create large armies or encounters with a bit more variety.
The models will always remain faithful to their "class" or archetype, for example the Dwarven Guardians will always have a shield in their off hand, and if we design one day a set of berserker with giant weapons, they will not come with the option of shield.
This doesn't mean that more varieties of dwarves will not come in future, stay tuned :)
On another topic, we still have not unlocked the 300 Goal "second hero", but we often are making a special extra unit (such the Ogre Burtz Dwarfstew).
Flokir the Skald, coming next month, will probably receive an extra weapon!
At the same time, we are putting a lot of effort in the 150Goal (already unlocked) Party Camp. Sketches are ready but there's a lot of work to do to make a nice camping kit :)

sorry for the spam, but would you make a option instead of shield carrying a banner/flag ?
Hello David, It's currently not in the plan because the model had been designed and sculpted with the shield sculpted on top of it. At the beginning we didn't even had the idea to make that "weapon swap" goal. I'm sorry for that, but your feedback is really great and we will keep it in mind for the next time :) Many thanks
Amazing work again!!! My only beef...horns? Why would you have horns? They only aid the attackers...guiding the blow to the center of the helmet.... Still awesome...
Hello Jacob, thanks for the feedback :) Not fan of horns in general, and not realistic surely, but for this character set (and an Ogre one too) we really wanted to design something like this. It was like Let's make some dwarf with big horns! eheh On another hand, I'm sure you can cut the horns away very easly :) we would like to see what happens honestly. Thanks!
I admire this option! Humble ask - will there be exchangable shield? Or another wersion of hammer, since its dwarves... many hammers :D
Sorry I missed this post :) As answered in the other comment, there will be probably not shield alternative. About weapons, the cool thing is that now that the goal has been unlocked, every new hammer we make for future releases will be compatible with these guardians! There will be surely new hammer in future :)

About the party camp, is it race specific? I'd think that a dwarf camp would be very different from an ogre camp (both would probably have barrels of booze though :)). Or do you try to keep things generic?
The Party Camp unlocked at 150 is something you can use for everything. But this doesn't mean that we will expand that :)
Absolutely love these! Especially the shields! Any hint on what "class" dwarfstew will be?
dwarfstew is the Ogre Cooker from the previous release :)
