Seasonal world changes

Do you remember the debug grey ball from TS3, that disappeared in live mod, that you could place on a lot & set each seasons decorations? I think it's how they did festivals in TS3, but you could use it on your home lot so that when the season changed it auto changed all your decorations if you set them. So every Winter you could set your christmas deco to lock & reappear each winter, etcetc. I used that on every household I played in TS3 & I miss it so much! If you are working on this for seasonal world changes... it makes me wonder if you could make that 'grey ball' thing happen for TS4? Is that even possible?
