Sneak Peek: Bringing Back Animated Dressers!
Hey everyone!
If there’s one thing I’ve always missed from The Sims 2 and The Sims 3, it’s the attention to those little gameplay details. Remember when Sims would actually open dresser drawers and rummage through clothes instead of just standing in front of a static object?
Well, I decided it was time to bring that magic back into The Sims 4!
I’m currently working on a new functional mod that adds custom opening and closing animations to dressers.
Check out this early preview of the animations in action!
Stay tuned and happy simming!

Omg I've been wanting this for ages, now I want a cooking and eating animation override please?
im very excited for this! can you do multiple dressers too instead of just one. can you do animated cabinets in the future too! i was wondering if you take the dresser in the game that i really like and make it animated! thanks.
Oh nice! Love the work you do! I especially love realism mods. Would have liked your posts on X/Twitter too but my account got suspended, I imagine several simmers will be disappointed to no longer receive my likes and any reshares/support anymore. They think I am a bot, was banned for inauthentic behavior apparently, even though I have been on there since 2013... Very annoying they think I am a bot lol but whatever. Looking forward to seeing more of your work. Having working dressers would be so nice, I'm curious if it works for all dressers? Another nice thing to see would be working kitchen drawers too. Please do keep up the good work.
Hell yes
nice!
this is great, especially considering they were going to implement this in the sims 4 before it got scrapped (if i remember correctly).
i cant wait omg
Oh my, you're a genius, cannot wait to try this!

That’s awesome. I cannot wait for this. As you already know - love all your work!
Ever consider doing mods for Paralives - love your mods but not playing Sims anymore ♥️
To be honest, I haven’t tried it yet! But I definitely plan to check it out and dive into modding for Paralives in the future. Right now, though, my priority is to finish the projects I currently have in development for The Sims. Stay tuned, and thank you so much for the love and support!
