Haunted House - PUBLIC RELEASE (community vfx resource required) high school years required
Hey everyone!
I am thrilled to announce that the TS3 Haunted House is officially in free public release state! This isn't just a decorative shell; it is a fully functional conversion, re-adapted and optimized to bring that classic spooky atmosphere straight into The Sims 4.
❗Important: VFX & Compatibility Note❗
As many of you know, custom visual effects (VFX) in The Sims 4 are handled through a global VFX List. To add new effects, this list must be overridden and updated. Because this file is global, it must be kept up to date with every game patch to prevent issues.
Usually, we rely on the amazing Community VFX Resource by Mizoreyukii to handle these overlaps. The official Community VFX Resource by Mizoreyukii has now been updated to include the Haunted House effects! This means you no longer need my temporary standalone file. Using the Community Resource ensures maximum compatibility with other mods in your game.
