TS2 to TS4 Car Conversion: Progress Update!
Bringing back functional vehicles has always been a dream for the community, and I’m making some serious headway. As you can see in the video, the animation transition is looking smooth, but there’s still some work to do.
The car model and the entry/exit animations are successfully ported.
Currently, I’m working on a fix for the Sim’s positioning. Right now, the Sim detaches from the vehicle's slot immediately after the animation finishes. I need to ensure they stay "snapped" to the seat correctly.
Once the positioning is fixed, the next steps will be creating the custom tuning for Travel interactions and adding authentic sound effects.
This is a complex process and will still take some time to perfect, but I’m definitely on the right track!

Stupid question probably but can your cars be used with SimNation Travel Mod that adeepindigo made? Cause I love this!
That's not a stupid question at all! Currently, there’s no cross-compatibility with adeepindigo's SimNation Travel Mod. However, I might consider integrating it in future releases once the beta and early access periods are over.
