Just wanted to say that you're doing a fine job with this game. I love all the promotional material and the small updates/posters that you're creating for it. I know people are feeling pretty entitled because they feel like they deserve a new release every WEEK but you're only human and as a game developer myself, I understand the mental strength and hours needed with a small team backing you up. You got this, DarkCookie! I don't mind how long it takes to get the new tech update because from your production so far, I know it's going to be special! Patience, young grasshoppers. Patience.

Another black eye against DarkCookie is the lack of control on this page. He literally has people harassing other people. I'm out until this update comes out.

If Ulf is right, these guys make the equivalent of $101.04 USD per hour at a traditional job assuming 40 hours per week. At that point, I don't think you're worried about much financially unless you're just bad with your money.

Personal expenses alone would include Bills,rent if they're renting,food,car insurance plus property taxes as u do pay property taxes for vehicles,gas,regular taxes, phone bill,the list could go on depending on how they spend their money so yeah deduct all of that from the money they make being split equally,they probably have second job which would divide time,the patreons dont have room to complain when all u have to do is pay a dollar a month🤨

When will the update be finished

I think that if most people who pay here had stopped, the development in the game would probably have gone faster. As long as the developers get what they get and we who pay do not demand more, they have no interest in increasing the pace.

literally don't know why you're complaining they're trying their hardest to push more updates and the percentage has only gone down because they found more bugs to fix more scenes to create for you to enjoy. they aren't a triple a game studio that makes millions of dollars a year.

Can we get a reason for it to be dropped back down to 69%... as any type of backer an update on what's going on would be good so ppl know what's going on and give a reason for it to drop again in %.. is it not that simple??

Back to 69% again. It's like, the more money they make, the less effort is being made. Time to cut support and forget about the game for a year or two. Big Tech update hopefully will have Roxxy move into Beach house with you with more H-scenes with Romance and pregnancy. There should also be more H-scenes with Odette and or Grace with possible romance options. Wouldn't hurt to have Jenny show more feelings for main character.

With a monthly income of $42,487.50 and only at 51 percent of the update done as of May 2022, I'm definitely stopping my support. Weather you approve or not, FACT is they are taking your money and NOT doing the work they say they are.

If you want to unsub then fine, but it seems like you guys are worried about the money more than where it's going which is to DC's developers, artists, etc, who all have lives and maybe even mouths to feed of their own. This isn't a passion project, it's a full-time job. Now that shouldn't be your responsibility to absolutely pay for it, but I think you should all at least understand that BEFORE you make accusations and assume that they just take the money and don't work on the game at all. Not to mention they're working on Rhonda and Annie's stories as well, probably to get you guys to stop commenting impatiently like some of you are now. Do what you will, but many of you need to stop acting like children. I mean this isn't a AAA studio that takes 10 years to put out a sequel to a game everyone's been waiting for (Cough-Cough-Bioware) this is a small group of people making fluid animations, coding, and creating a story from scratch. Also, you have to wonder that it was thanks to these thousands of patrons that they were able to make it a full-time thing as well. Maybe wait for the tech update, appreciate they are taking their time with something so it doesn't end up broken on release, and judge after you play the game.

I am sad to say that I agree that it definitely feels like they've lost interest in actually working on the game and are happy to just push out the absolute bare minimum to not get in trouble with patreon and get to keep taking peoples money. It has been almost a year and with the tracker it is clear that they aren't really making any actual progress, and with it being this long with such little progress its clear that there isn't that much effort being put into it. Especially with how much money they are getting. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt for a very long time, but I think its pretty clear now that they are just taking advantage of the fact that they can put in the minimum amount of effort possible and still take $77,000 of peoples money every month. And I hate to say it, I really do because I think the game is great. But what is happening with the development isn't good.
