Not sure why everyone is so upset. you don't have to pay for his patreon if you don't want to. Even his release updates are free after a few days of waiting. I for one enjoy this game and love the content. My $1 per month is well spent.
Everyone enjoys the content, thats why we are all so passionate. The money isnt the issue. you could pay nothing and enjoy the full game. (I pay $1 per month). the last update said new scenes in coming weeks. its been a month. people would like more consistent updates. in fact i'd actually love a release date, so theres something tangible to look forward to
Look I dont mind waiting a few more months for the tech update. I get how big it is. can i get those new scenes tho in the meantime to hold me over? I replayed the game from start to finish now that the main story is complete. need new content
People are upset because they get paid $930,000 a year. In that time they release two updates that add about 2 hours of content each. This "studio" is making more than 99-100% of you and no one wants to hold them accountable for 2 week hiatuses, 6 month timeframes between updates, etc. That's without mentioning that this a 2-D game. There are 3-D games that receive less money and update more frequently all while being run by a smaller group.
Truth be told I'd rather dark cookie takes the time to flesh out and make the game run properly and smoothly, instead of rushing to push out a game breaking update because he felt under pressure to hurry up! And after all the unfinished buggy games that you get on steam I'm more then happy to wait! And at least he's not like redamz that's creating monstergirl island who released a couple of demos and is now sitting back raking in the money from supporters for the past six years!
i completely agree, i can’t tell you how many of these other games i follow that release and have game breaking bugs, honestly thankful for the time they spend to give the highest quality things

They announced on May 31 that the first batch of scenes would come out in the coming weeks and DarkCookie is off until this Saturday so my best ESTIMATE, would be in the week or two after he comes back, but of course I could be wrong, that’s just my estimate from how they’ve released things in the past

Absolutely Wulfman, if people want to contribute for a few months because they enjoyed the game so far, or to follow it long term at any level that's their decision. People who don't like the way things are just need to go fund other Patreons that they prefer. Telling folks they're too dumb to be allowed to spend their own money, doesn't make any converts
From what I can tell, this is a huge update. It can’t really be broken into parts because they are changing the interface. They are pretty much updating everything in the game due to the making of widescreen scenes. That includes rewiring and recoding/debugging. The scenes have to be done before they can do that.
Besides that, assets for future updates are being done simultaneously. This will lead to possibly shorter updates for the next few installments.

Mia and Tammy will be reworked eventually because their routes were made in the earlier days of the game and they didn't get as much development as the Roxy or Eve routes. We can expect Rhonda, Annie and Judith before any rework I would guess and maybe Coach Bridget too.
It's been a while since I stopped in to check what's going on in the community and I have two questions. 1. With this tech update be updating the old characters to fit the new system? 2. Whenever it happens will the coach bridget update also include the ending to all the teachers update because I remember a while ago it was said that the teacher content wasn't done. Also bonus question will getting A's in every class change Miss. Smith perception of your once Annie and all the Miss. Smith content is out
1. On Kompas Development page there are many task that say 'Export Character Judith/Beth' or 'rewire Anon' so I'd say yes. 2. There's no indication of where Coach Bridget's route gets implemented (after Rhonda, Annie and Judith at least) but it will need to be done before the Prom endings for the girls' routes are started. Prom will probably need the dating system to be have been finished too.

Why is this update moving so slowly!? Other creators, with way fewer followers with far less income are getting things done WAY faster. Hire more people if you need to.

To be honest I think as main characters in the game eve and Diane should get more content. As for jenny she still needs the anal camshow and pregnancy sex to totally finish her. Jenny is great, but as the main story continues/finishes following the russians, it'd be nice if she was warmer since she clearly cares about MC at a point. Give her a stall at the barn to make money alternatively/on downtime. Maybe even opt FOR pregnancy. Hit a niche market in the cam show area where the site wants to sign her up with an exclusive contract provided she's willing. It'd show an interesting style of growth between her and MC.

When the EVE story line came out and she got new artwork and such a complex backstory I was blown away. the scenes with Eve, Grace and Odette are great... and enough. I might want to see different scenes with Grace or Odette, but the ones with Eve are already well done.

No surprise that Eve comes out on top again. Both versions of her are so popular and she has an interesting and tragic backstory. Then whole story between her, Grace and Odette is just excellent writing way above the common standards for this genre. If there had been a girl like Eve way back when I was in highsco--- er, college, I might have overcome my awkwardness and shyness and come out of my shell for her. I would also like to see Yumi added to the Sex Mix at some point. If you choose the Mia route that doesn't wind up with her and Harold together then you should have the option to woo her.
Crystal not only should have a new scene, but she should also have received a side story of her own with the MC. Just My Opinion. I love Jenny and certainly wouldn't oppose any new sex scenes, but seriously she has plenty of scenes compared to everyone else on the list. I can say the same for Diane, but again I'm not opposed to a new scene as I always felt she should have gotten one more when her story concluded. Happy to see Liu gets another one, she is adorable. Maria, yes, please! Eve, of course, isn't a surprise. Still, I would've like to have seen Grace make the list if not in the top six.
