So, I get the frustration guys. I really do, because I have been there, and to be honest still kind of am. I was a patron of DC's up until recently. This update's long wait time was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I have heard the arguments defending these long updates, and honestly, I just stopped buying into it. The only way to change this is to stop supporting this creator. Even then, it still might be too late. Because despite Patreon's cut, cost of development of this game, and paying his other website fees, DC is still pocketing away a good chunk of money every month. And if he invested it wisely, he is set for life. Anyways, this will probably be my last post about this game, because once I stopped my support, I started giving less of a shit about this game. My advice for those not paying is to go play something else. There are sooo many other amazing games out there with just as much or more content in them. This is definitely not the only one. Then follow this game, like I am, so when a new version of the game comes out, then you can check it out. But until that new version comes out, try to forget about it. At least that is what I am going to do. That way if it takes DC a full year or longer to come out with a new version, I won't get all worked up about it, because I will be focused on other amazing games and their development. For those supporting him and not happy about these long waits between updates? I suggest pulling your support, he obviously does not listen to you and your complaints. I have been supporting this project for 2 years now for an generous undisclosed amount and DC has yet to release an update in an even slightly reasonable time frame and because of that makes the feeling playing these new updates definately not worth supporting. Yeah as soon as this patch releases I'm probably pulling my support. You don't make a post saying the patch will be release very soon and let 3 weeks go by. Everything has been done except coding and that's what they've been waiting on for 3 weeks so far? I get putting out a less buggy version will take time but maybe if it's taking this long you should devote more resources to coders. If you had an idea it was going to take this long then it was a mistake to putting out that update on April 13th mentioning it was almost done.

Patreon should have a policy that restricts both the creator and supporters. Especially creators to make it more transparent,like the time table between deadlines should be meet before releasing the money. The reason why the progress is so slow, actually slower than when DC was alone, is probably because he's still alone. 4 of his Goals are for one or more guys. After 30k / month he stopped making other Goals. It's obvious that more money is not what this project needs. It's actually the opposite. I like this game, I don't even care about finishing the game if there is a story to tell, content to add. But this is ridiculous. He's got almost $1000000 so far for development a little game. He should either change the payment method or hire the team he's promised.

I will explain to you guys how game testing looks like by QA tester. A man plays a game. He finds a bug. He puts that in an appropriate google sheet with its concise summary, steps on how to reproduce it and its type. Coder sees that, he goes to fix the bug and marks it in the sheet as Fixed/Ready to check. Then following day game tester first thing in the morning goes to check whether the bug has been fixed. If it wasn't, he goes to the sheet it and marks it as Not fixed. Therefore it's obvious that most of the bugs that "pop up" in this are reopen bugs that they've been trying to fix for some time now. It's normal in QA testing. This is also why we receive an influx of bugs every morning(or late afternoon for US) - because they go to the sheet to report the bugs that haven't been fixed yet. Do you really think that there would be so many bugs in visual novel? There aren't any new minigames coming, come on guys lol, it's just going in circles :P Of course there could be bugs like "misplaced image" or "typo" but these bugs can be fixed in 1 minute. Very funny right Well it is also known that coder is freelancer IT dropout so perhaps he has problems with coding text and putting images together...

Plus as mentioned in the post we are getting a 0.18.5 which means this update isn't going to have all Jenny content that was planned for the update the last bit of ''content'' we got was LAST YEAR! and that was only one tiny update with about 45min to an hour of content. I have supported this game for almost 2 years with 5$ a month, because I wanted it to succeed and it had a steady development with quality content. The last update was a big bummer to put it midly and it took ages. The 0.17 update was realeased by the end of November last year. 5 months of work(?)/wait and all the animations won't even be finished for the update... this update have taken almost half a year. I hope the update is good, as I'm already considering stopping my support.

DC is not fulfilling his goals. 4 out of his 7 goals are about hiring one or more people. There should be at least 5 people working throughout the whole development proces now. If he for some reason didn't stop making new goals at 30k, it should have been other 4-5 goals about hiring one or more people. DC should stop having monthly based payments because it is just not fair. At least for the new patrons who don't know what's going on here. DC hire more coders and animators or change your payment method.

I can only speculate the reason he's encountering so many bugs and code errors is because he is incorporating 18.5 H scenes which may include Jenny and Roxy, Jenny and Debbie, Jenny and Diane and or a variety of different combinations of those 4 different characters in their H scenes together in one place or several. Also apparently there are new "complex animations" that are being incorporated into these H scenes but I understand how everyone feels; That ALMOST DONE POST WAS 12 DAYS AGO!!!! hopefully this update releases this week!

I was able to completely develop a private server for multiple games that were all successful bringing in an immense amount of money for the ones i was contracted under in a matter of around a month or two and I am talking about from a base revision of the game with no content to a full release and a 2d click action game cant even update properly with 6 months time.

I really like this game and even if i cant support it as i would have liked it, at this rate, if the game is going to take 4-5 months to "update" it wont worth it, i know you´re 'updating' other things like the graphic or story, but still it is insane. I stopped supporting this project after being disappointed with the Eric story line. As an observer, I do find it amusing that every few weeks when I check on any progress for an update, I see 20+ complaints sandwiched between one compliment and of course 30 spams from Mr. Spoiler Art. Still the monthly income keeps going up and up. Of all the projects I have followed and/or supported in the past, this one by far has the worst complaint/compliment ratio I have seen and yet receives tenfold the amount of money compared to others. I really like that game but will not become a patreon. First: The update cycle is too long. Second: The new content is not enough. As I said in an earlier post it usually is in one branch only so the rest of the story bears nothing new. Small upgrades (e.g. date with one of the girls with maybe a kiss at the end) would be nice and leave the other branches interesting, as there would always be something new to discover in every update.

I donate because the talent and quality compared to other adult games I've found is superior and it's fun to play. I agree that the game is probably becoming more complicated to make at this point, but if you are serious and have a sense of urgency- you hire more or better talent. I don't blame him for taking his time to make a quality game, but if we get the same quality of the last update with 18.0 there's a problem. Don't be blind. With this Patreon format why would he gave a sense of urgency or hire more talent. There is 0 incentive to complete this game. It's no guaranteed that any future games would garner the same hype. With the current Patreon format, there is no incentive to complete this game or rush updates. I hate to say it but I wouldn't rush the game either. He's currently making alot of money. Just want to say, I'm not a patron or anything but have been following this game for about two years now. The amount of people complaining about the time it takes between patches is insane. You guys are getting FREE content. If you're supporting, great, but it's optional. Ultimately it's all free so unless you want to offer your coding services or do something else to help speed things along instead of complaining, then just chill out. It's free, they're working on it, and it'll get released when it's released.

Im not a Patreon monetary supporter, but I have been playing during the free releases and have been following for over a year. The amount of time between updates is insane. The quality of the game is awesome, which for 50,000 a month it should be, but 6 months between updates is ridiculous.

Right after this update drops I'm pulling my donation. DC is a great artist and has made a great game so far, but holy shit he doesn't know how to run a project. I may as well get the faster download a day early for being a patreon, I've paid for it, but I'm done after that. I'll stop bitching too since I don't have any financial motive to do so. I fully understand DC doesn't code or pose or debug or anything like that, but he's letting lazy IT dropouts ruin his reputation. This is a fucking renpy game, we're not talking about a AAA title or anything. It's 99% stills and text, this is fucking ridiculous. I know $1 is nothing compared to the current $53,000+ people are pledging, but I just can't bear giving one more cent to this project. I get that this game is big and all, but I feel like there are games on here that are just as big who produce content and updates at a much more reliable rate. I do still enjoy this game, admittedly far less without the incest content, but DC either needs to change his payment method to per release or major update or pause charging people until the update comes out. I find it very hard to believe this game costs even a third of what he makes a month. Also, doing the pauses or per update method DC won't be worried about deadlines. As a developer myself, i would say that they should make smaller releases. The bigger the release, they more they hold off testing and the more bugs are going to surface. Constantly writing, compiling and testing the code is what makes any software development stable. And for that, small releases help a long way.

An update should be come in 2 months for this game. otherwise this game sucks.

I really hope this update restored my faith in v this project. So far I have not complained about the length of time and content until after the Diane update. It really let me down! After 4 months, only 1 extra H-scene added (3some with Debbie)... He took the shed H-scene out and was replaced by the barn scene...To make matters worse, the whole update was poorly developed and written. Like Diane moves in and sleeps in the sofa, yet when MC bongs Debbie on the same sofa at night, Diane is nowhere to be seen after she already moved in!... He should have developed a new bedroom next to Debbie's where Diane moves in and the MC would have the opportunity to bong Diane alone at night (thus adding an extra H-scene) or request a 3some when he talks to Debbie during the day. Most of the updates is filled with content that leads nowhere and does nothing to improve the story and make it hot. The bestiality part with the cow girl does nothing for me. I would have rather have the extra scene with Diane I mentioned than bong a cow girl. Yikes.
