New site features and updated Patron tiers!
Sorry for the slight downtime on some of our site features for Patrons. We were implementing a few things, including a new Overall Development Tracker under Roadmap, where you can see how far along we are in finishing our game! This new feature will be accessible to all tiers.
The content inside the Roadmap is subject to changes, but it is a strong indicator as to what the big picture will be for Summertime Saga. Some characters may be added/removed, or an extra feature may be introduced for example.
Turns out, we're actually closer to 43% done! Better than I expected, yet we still have a lot of work to do, and more!

Love your art wallpapers but would rather you put your efforts into the game. I'm only a 5 dollar patreon but some of these guys pay 10 and 20 dollars. I don't want to speak for them or for all patreon for your game but I think we would rather you finished the updates soon than get these wallpapers. We are giving you our hard earned money and expect more than what we're getting. We're investing in you guys show us its a worth while investment
Once again, DC taking 1-2 hours to make a wallpaper doesn't change anything to the 2-3 coders taking his already made art and coding it into the game. Now if you would cry about having to be 10$+ to access them, you'd have a point

I love Sims-like games very much. You can create your character and live an interesting life together. Summertime Saga is cool, but why are all female characters so busty and complitely mature?!

Somewhat OT: the three screenshots on your main page give a 404 not found error when clicked.
So is there no way for DarkCookie to ban them?
When I try to go to the Kompas website and check on the game's development progress, the site sends me on a loop, continuously telling me that I need to login, and yet I can access all the other sections that are in my tier list just fine. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Or have a solution?
2lazy2name. the path i use is: summertime saga website > (menu, rewards) which takes me to the kompas login, login then (menu) select roadmap. is that the path you use?

Yes but you can't use it, for bug purposes. You can keep the cookie jar unlocks though
Max Stats .. Fight with Dexter ... Ctrl slows the bar down so i have 3 seconds to fight ... hit Ctrl again it resets his health ... if I do not hit Ctrl ... the bar vanishes in half a second ... game breaking bug!
Be a pro and play on cheat mode then just skip it. Hitting CTRL resets minigames, so you're playing the same thing in a loop and you'll never win

Hi, I just recently came across your page, and I have to say that you've made a seriously awesome game so far. I know a lot of things are still in progress, but the amount of time and creativity you've poured into your project really shows. Can't wait for a full release. Again, this is awesome!
I think the wallpapers are nice, but shouldn't that time and energy be used for game content. I'm starting to feel like they are stringing the $20 patrons along.
I'm sure DC taking ~1 hour to make a wallpaper will delay the 2-3 coders from doing their job with art already made 2 months ago .....

I being completely on honest when it comes to this game it's fucking amazing everyday i seem to check the progress chart and it gets me excited when it goes up even a little this was the first adult game i ever played it holds a special place in my heart so keep up the amazing work can't for the next update!
Look guys I'm just as impatient and starved for content as all of you but really can you complain all that much when majority of us are only putting a $1 a month and some aren't even paying at all but getting the content through 3rd parties. Cookies been posting almost daily streams of his art. Hell he and the other developers probably got jobs themselves on-top of this cause some people aren't gonna but all there eggs in one basket like some youtubers and twitch streamers. If you don't like don't support, some of us want a fully complete game instead of another half baked triple A failure with an even much larger team with an even bigger budget and a lot more cut corners. Just sit back check out some other hgames or F95 content and let them run there own ship. Support with your wallets if you care and lets try to keep our comments productive and helpful. If you don't agree make your own game, get your own team together, and show everyone what your made of instead of just being full of hot air and envious of an actual content creator. Me I'm waiting patiently until 2025 for next Roxxy content woop woop see you all then!!
Why go on 3rd parties for updates ? The game is always free in here for everyone to download since 2016, no reason to go out of your way to find a shady link that some random slob put together and split in 5 parts just to make $ every time some1 clicks those

I'm spending 7.5% of my life waiting for a bunch of cartoon characters to slowly develop backstories so I can ultimately have sex with them. Perspective hit me like a brick.. and changed nothing!

I understand it does take awhile to create the game but it would be nice to have a new storyline to do i've done all the storylines that have created so far .
There's no storylines yet, all you do are routes (and many girls don't have 1 either) ..... Storylines are : get enough $ to go to university, discover who killed MC's dad and find a girl for the school prom

This game generates almost $50,000 (USD) a month, you are in no hurry to finish..

I am wondering if after this update, we will start seeing updates happening more frequently. I say this because I believe Jenny is the last character to be put into the new code. I hope that when this happens, all the old code will be replaced with the new, which will hopefully streamline that process. I get things take time, but the average update time is around 4 months. That is roughly 4 updates in one year. I am not counting the Christmas update, because it was small, only major ones. Don't get me wrong, I prefer developers to take their time and do it right. But if this trend continues, I imagine even patient people like myself will start to get frustrated. So, hopefully the Jenny update will streamline future ones. I guess we will have to wait and see.
Nope, Erik and his notmom are on older code (that's also why we can't have save comp). But since nobody voted for it twice by now, it's doubtful we'll get anything like all-new-code for mostly another year
I don't mean to put preasure on you, but I have to at least toss my two cents in on a subject. When your caracters are facing either left or right, you use a mirror flipp on the rendering. I understanding it's easier and saves dev time, but do you have a plan to make "correct" left/right facing renders in the final version?
This script seems like a lot of gaps. - Missing just a quarter of Mia's story does not seem enough to solve her problems, since her first update was very focused on her mother, she really needs an update really focused on her with at least three bows and 5 H- Scenes, it was the thing about pregnancy and Angelica. The ideal would be to have two Mia updates, one with what she needs and another with Pregnancy and Angelica. - It seemed strange to me that all the main locations are described as implementations because we do not have access to the race track, besides it is strange if Diane does not get a room and we do not see the houses of Ronda and Judith (which seem to me to be - Ronda's house next to the Director and Judith with the fence near the house on the beach). - But effectively what I missed the most was a development for the Mall and for Clinic. Where would be the development of characters like Ivy, Kass, Lilly, Veronica, Priya and Micoe? And police officer Yumi is aligned in the story of which character (main? Ronda?)?
You do know there's at least 15 updates left ? And that's only for the girls ? Then add ~10 for the remaining stuff (story/town/whatever)

I'll be honest, the roadmap makes me worried. I adore your game and considering your work so far I completely trust your team to finish every single thing you've promised. It's just the issue with the pace. I entirely understand that it takes time to make, and I never complained about waiting several months for a new full update, I never will either. But because the pace is like this, having THIS much stuff still planned down the road makes me feel that it will take years and years and years until it's finally complete.
This game has 85 percent more content then the vast majority of the games on patreon, be greatful. A lot of the times I feel like we're just getting expansions.

Le jeu ne sera très probablement jamais traduit. Ni en français ni en quelque langues que ce soit. A moins que des fans se tapent de faire un mod pour ça. Tu auras plus vite fait d'améliorer ton niveau d'anglais si tu veux comprendre le jeu ^^. En même temps, c'est pas du Shakespeare non plus donc ça ne devrait pas être trop compliqué.
i like to think that the voting community is collectively the equivalent of a player in an rpg, who are given a main quest and go dick around picking flowers and screwing everything that moves. As you do in normal rpgs, right?
