I am currently in the process of writing a new book. Would anyone here be interested in seeing some stages of the progress and giving reactions as to what bits really excite you and what bits are “meh”?
I figure folks here are probably s decent barometer of what would be useful and appealing in a new cool book. (All this with the understanding that when I write a book “what the customer wants” is only a tiny part of the equation.)

Made your In n Out burgers Monday, simplified meatloaf Tuesday and combined recipes for leftover fried rice and red pork belly on top tonight. Planning for lemon roasted chicken and potatoes for Sunday!

absolutely. I am always curious to know how cook book authors decide which recipess get photos and which do not. I usually pay more attention to those with photos, even though I probably should not do that. For me, the more photos the better. I especially like recipies/dishes with multiple photos.
