Awesome! Made your Chicago thin crust a few times now, and really enjoyed it, and your Serious Eats pan pizza has become a family favorite. Clearly it’s time to add New York style to the rotation. That said… when are you doing Chicago deep dish? I mostly want to see people fight over whether it’s actually pizza.
