This is great! I tried it & it was delicious, well received by picky (about scrambled eggs!) family.
at first when I heard we were leaving the home kitchen, I was scared. but now I'm all in for this houseboat kitchen era. will def be trying eggs this way next time! 🍳

I recall Julia Child doing something similar by folding the scrambled eggs back into the bowl the eggs were beaten in before serving. The residual egg cooked just a smidge. Can't wait to try this!
