Dev Update #89 Progress

Sam just simply doesn't like to talk on the phone when she's at home in attire other than this very much! I'd guess it's probably her default for walking around the house too!

Ok everybody, down and dirty. We're at 1213 Renders, 6 Animations, and roughly 3500 lines of code! However, I've got about five or six scenes left. Two of them are really beefy and one is technical. Not to mention I've still gotta do more animating in an upcoming scene. Then go back and write the scene I've already animated. If I had to guess right now I'd say this Ch. 22 Pt. 1 is going to be in the running for one of the largest single day updates in ODAAT history! I know I say that shit all the the time, but I usually end up being right. So this will be a November release!

I don't wanna talk a bunch about content, because I've already talked about the obvious stuff in previous posts and when you guys play this update. I want you to feel like you stepped back into the universe after my unforced time off and go "Ah, I've really missed this!" That's the hope anyway! So I'm just gonna keep stuff a mystery. I mean you know Paul and his girl are coming for dinner and you'll get to meet her. But I really haven't talked about what else is in there much for the second half of the day (or the the first half other than broad strokes) and I'm not going to. There's a lot of payoff and a lot of setup in this update so it's one you won't wanna miss!

I'll give you guys a release window in the next dev update. It's probably going to be a second half of November release. Because at this point I've been doing this long enough to have a feeling about how long the rest of things are going to take development wise along with the back end stuff. Then polishing and beta testing and giving Shaddy time to do his tests and his thing with proofing and the android port.

That's it for right now I think. Like I said I'll give you guys a firm release window in a few weeks in the next dev update. That dev update will probably happen sometime around the 4th! Really excited about Ch. 22 Pt. 1 as I am all of them and I know I've said this before. But I'm very happy to be hardcore doing what I love again and back on schedule! Thanks again for those who stuck with me through the stuff I had to go through this year! One Day at a Time misses you as much as you miss it, and Lydia said she's fully ready for her triumphant return!
