We turned up in a review!
Exactly what it says on the tin! Not a lot, but some other good patreon games on the list as well.

This is awesome! Question! If I move up a tier, does it charge me the difference are all over again?

I believe it will charge you the difference. if you are pledged for say $5 to a creator and want to move up to the $10 tier for that creator it will charge you $5 on top of the $5 you will have already paid. That said I could be wrong, you could always check.
