I think it's better to keep using the old one and then focus on the wickedwhims one. It will help you focus on each at the time, which in return will also be a key to helping you improve each creation with the best quality.

I would say focus on getting better then work on the wickedwhims penis. So keep using the old dick until you completely finish this new one. I am sure many are willing to wait and if not, your health is more important.
This is a welcome surprise, I think the sims 4 needs some better dicks. I am curious about how far you plan on taking this. Will it have color overlays? Physics? Different sizes? Sliders? A working ass? Its a tall order and one I'm personally willing to wait a while for so long as its done right.
If it will have several color tones to adapt to different skin tones, for the moment it will have a single size and can be adapted with the sliders of the mod, and of course it will have the ass modifications
I would focus more on getting better and taking time for yourself. Your health is more important. A small catalog is still good especially if it's coming from you. Your stuff is always amazing and I love how you’ve branched out. I would wait to release this until you’re ready and feeling better. I'm not able to help with setting up rigs, for now keep using the old one until you have the new one ready.
I really think you should focus more on it and make fully compatible. I don’t mind have little content, because I know everything you do is amazing and I am sure it will work as you want. Firstly, focusing on getting better is valid and great. A bigger catalogue at the expense of your health is not worth the price. A smaller catalogue is still great. A functional penis is a welcome addition, even if it's not fully ready yet, poses would be excellent. Unfortunately I do not know how to rig. I'd probably use the old one until you're happy with the final product or potentially do at least one option with both penises so you can get other people to beta test it for you.
Nothing wrong with penis, but you should take your time a bit and get it how you want it. I'm glad you took time to feel better! :)
I would like to see this become functional with Wicked Whims a new penis can always be welcomed in my opinion. I also like the idea of being able to use it in poses. Also glad to hear you are feeling better.
