Personal and important news
Before I share the news, I want to let you know that there will be a December catalog; I'll start working on it tomorrow.
Now for the important news: I'll be buying an apartment soon with financing (I'm still looking at options). I'd like to know if you'd be interested in me sharing the purchase, remodeling, and move-in process here.
You are all very important to me in this process. Thank you for your support, trust, and kindness.
Would you like to see the process? Would it be okay if I created an extra tier in case you'd like to offer additional help? (The extra tier wouldn't affect the others and wouldn't provide any extra benefits.)
I'd also appreciate some advice.
What should I ask real estate agents? What should I look out for? What remodeling/construction materials should I avoid? What can I do to pay off the apartment faster?, etc

I'd be interested in your journey through this. I can't offer advice on this, but would offer any suggestions I may have. This must be stressful for you and I hope you get much help along the way. Understood that it will be difficult managing your content along with getting a new home, moving, and your personal life. I wish you much success! Hope 2026 marks being a great year!

Congrats! To pay off faster, do extra paiment as much as you can. I dont know which country you live in, but where I am, we can provide extra 20% every year. I pay off my first morgage in 6 years by doing that.
Okay, advice noted. I feel like I'm going to be anxious throughout the entire mortgage term.
