Male Fitness Modifier Neck Fix
This is an override mod that fixes some weird areas around the neck caused by the male fitness modifier.
Due something I'm still trying to work around this Mod break some penis meshes.
This is because limitations of the software I used to create this fix.
If you don't use penis meshes that are affected by the sim's thighs shape, you can probably continue using this mod without noticing anything weird.
Simdulgence's penis meshes are unaffected.

I don't know what it is but its make all my muscled sims look like twinks. Are there any mods or sliders I need to look at that maybe causing it?
Hey there, only thing that comes to mind is a broken 'body preset' or 'slider', or you're using the Chris Pyre's 'Muscle Worship' mod.
This is amazing!!! May I ask will it affect Noir's Pornstar Cock?
I believe it does, sorry. 😔
