OSW 2024 Update! [January]
Heya brahs & bras!
Just a quickie update on what's happening with OSW!
Next TWO OSWs are recorded, audio edited and video editing now!
We're finishing TNA MEM arc this year, with Empty Arena iMPACT and Destination X coming up. With Empty Arena iMPACT, I blind-sided the guys with a history of Empty Arena matches, so you'll get to hear me gush about Terry Funk. The whole segment is me talking at the guys for ~15mins. I'm always looking to do some kind of fun retrospective/additional-effort thingy with OSW episodes, so Destination X we do a (sordid) history of the TNA Legends Title! Did you know it was known under FOUR different names? 😂
What are the final episodes of the TNA MEM arc?
⭐ Empty Arena iMPACT (Sting vs Angle Empty Arena)
⭐ Destination X (Incredible Ultimate X, + Sting vs Angle)
⭐ Lockdown '09 (Yes, Foley [!!] world title match/Countdown to Lockdown)
⭐ Victory Road '09 (Worst PPV ever? feat. Jenna Morasca vs Sharmell!)
⭐ B4G 2009 (Death of MEM)
*We may do a separate episode on the various failed revivals (2012-2013) or just do a retrospective at the end of B4G 2009 - I'll talk to the guys when we're gearing up to record that episode.
*We may do an episode on modern iMPACT (I mean, TNA!!) again I'll ask the guys if they're up for it closer to the time
What's After That?
We'll do the Golden Noggers/OSW Awards Show, and then host/fans choice. If you're new, between story arcs we each choose a random show to cover! e.g. after the Warrior WCW Arc, OOC chose Hobbit 2, I chose WWE Girls Gone Wild, V1 chose AEW Muffingate, and the fans chose WCW Xmas Nitro '97!)
I've some other completely different stuff cooking up but I wanna wait until things are further along before telling ya about 'em!
TL/DR: 2 TNA episodes being worked on at the moment, Empty Arena iMPACT should be out here on NU in 2 weeks, Dest X in February!
Ttys brother brahs! See ya in the funny pages,
Love, Jay 💚

Been loving the M.E.M arc, Jay! Selfishly I kind of wish we were getting a Brucie Bonus of Slammiversary '09 just for the King of the Mountain matches, but it's hard to go past main event Mick Foley!
The obvious choice for next arc will be on the x factor stable.
how would we DEAL WITH THE X-FACTA!
I know this arc will never happen but I would love a Tanahashi Okada story arc covering 2012-2016
only if u mean the TNA matches :D
Actually I can't wait for the story arc break because we hopefully will get the review of the final Hobbit!!! 🤩
Great news Jay. I agree with one or two of the comments on not needing a separate episode for the revival MEM as TNA is quite sad when they try to reform it. It's totally lost it's magic by then. Can't wait for the Victory Road episode as it's an all time great ppv for the wrong reasons
I'd love a modern TNA review to caps things off. I only see bits and pieces but it looks like they've turned things around.
During this arc, I looked up the history of the MEM on my own, and I think it would be for the best if the revivals were tackled as a retrospective in B4G '09 instead of as a separate video. Things get sad.
I'm Homer, you're that big ol' demon, TNA episodes are all the donuts in the world: LET'S DO THIIIIIIIIIIIIS!
Even these patreon posts are curated with great care and thoughtfulness- many thanks Jay!
Can't wait for empty arena impact, I asked for it when the story arc was announced and you guys have delivered! Cans of Coke all around. Cheers brahs
Thanks for everything, Jay! I watch and rewatch these episodes all the time. I hope life finds you, V1, and Mr. OOC well.
Sharmell vs Jenna Morasca is beyond the horizon
GTA 4 released in 2008 MEM founded in 08 GTA 5 released in 2013 MEM 2nd iteration in 2013 GTA 6 releasing hopefully 2025 MEM 3rd iteration 2025?
I'm hoping that one of the choice episodes is the final Hobbit film. Only just watched that for the first time... Jaysus..
Hopepfully! I haven't seen it since seeing it in the theatres, so i'm quite excited about that. I've even bought the 3D Blu-Rays in anticipation. Solid £6 for the 3!
Fookin happy days
I’d love to see the Hard to Kill 2024 PPV TNA Reveal as an episode and an continuation of what happened with an Impact retrospective from Bound for Glory 2017
