Last of Us 2 - Animated WIP!

I thought you might enjoy what I'm working on today. This weekend i'll post our TLOU1 review (16m) as I'm almost finished the TLOU2 review (104m!) In it, you find artifacts all over the game, little stories to flesh out the world, and my favourite is Abby's Ghost Ship. Have a watch!

Now the game footage is fine, but watching it back I thought it would make a cool "story book", so i'm getting that bit made. Have a look at these sketches!
You'll notice storyboard 1 & 5 are out of order as after looking at it back, i thought they were solid additions! I wanted something that could be done quickly, but also fit creatively so it'll be like a motion comic, with a parchment/scroll-type background. This will be completed pretty soon, and a final pass and we'll be ready to roll!
As an aside, I don't really like showing things before they're done (i prefer to have everything ready so i can impress u!) but do u enjoy seeing a little behind the scenes?

Totally understand the feeling of not wanting to showcase things before they're "perfect," but I always enjoy seeing pieces of the process. Appreciate the behind-the-scenes AXCLOOSIV! Everything I've heard about Part 2 has completely soured me on even wanting to play it, but I'll be interested in your take on it. I'm willing to accept that negative elements have been blown out of proportion because...it is the internet.
