I totally get Mr. O.O.C... If every night was "red" panty night. Then would "red" panties even exist with the same importance? No. Special things are special because it's like once a year. Like christmas.
Considering how he was talking about the list being so controversial, I fully expected him to mention Mankind falling off the Hell in Cell. A great scene when I first saw it, but now it just kinda feels like it overshadows the talents of Foley.
