OSW Update (for MOvember!)

Well hellooooooooo!
What is up mein brahs! Hope you're doing better than we are! Ireland is in level 5 lockdown, meaning I can't see the guys until December at the earliest. ...it's a bloody good thing we recorded WrestleMania Pre-Show and PPV already! :D Here's what's going down in Groovestown:

Latest Videos:
Ah thanks for the lovely feedback about my "5 Days of Horror" mini-series on the YouTube channel! I released the reviews from Horrorthon 2018 as well as one of my absolute favourite Playlist eps (where V1 joins in to review a WWE book) and then 6 brand new reviews! I've been working with Zach of TapOutCorner to edit these videos during the year as they became available on home video. I'm quite happy with the quality of production even in these mini-Jay reviews!

I'm interested in doing this again next year but space 'em out over the month (I concentrated on getting the Slammys and Rumble 95 out in October!). Tell me, for next year's Horror reviews, would you rather a new video more often, or less videos of longer length? (Eg two 15m videos, or one 30m video?) So "more videos" or "longer videos"?

Super OSW 64: To complete the week we aired the newest Super OSW 64 video, Level 7, which was fantastic, really proud of the work Chris of ReloadLastSave did for it (even while working on his awesome Halloween Special!). Love hanging out with ye lads on Sunday Streams and I'm really proud of this series. Super OSW 64 is my videogame music radio show, cut to footage of games and cool graphics. It's a 2 hour broadcast where I chat about videogames and showcase their range of music, so that even if you're not a fan of videogames or videogame music (VGM) you can enjoy the show! It's also pretty cool to have on in the background while you're working. Check out the videos released so far!
I'd love to record a new radio broadcast (Level 20) and I'll look into a pocket of time after the audio on the new OSW episodes is done :)

OSW EPISODES: October saw TWO episodes being released: OSW 94 WWF Slammys & HoF, and OSW 95 Royal Rumble '95! I'm really happy with how they turned out; they were gargantuan productions -- eg the Hall of Fame required a TON of splicey and editing (included extra segments like James Dudley and Buddy Rogers retrospectives) and Rumble '95, even though it only had 5 matches, clocked in at over 100 minutes! We were able to have both quality AND quantity by having more video editors on the team:
🌟Chris of ReloadLastSave worked on the PPV, whilst
🌟Zach of TapOutCorner (RAW)
🌟Chris Nies (Slammys)
🌟Ryan Castle (HoF)
🌟 Ciaran McNamara (Countdown) worked on the video editing of the pre-show! I send them the audio and they do 1-2 video passes; prepping it so i can do ~4 video passes myself, and then it's ready! Easier said than done, lol.
🌟Usually Jeff Surberus is in there too but he was working on Bio-Dome for us! (NoggerU now, YouTube soon!)

Artist Shout-outs to:
🌟 Adam @McKodem, who did a phenomenal job with the animated segment (you can see him drawing/animating OSW on twitch here!) Poor 1-2-3 Kid, what a LIL BEEEEECH!
🌟 Lewis TheRelinquished who did both intro animated bits for OSW 94 (Simpsons IRS) and 95 (Shawnic)!
🌟My boy Liam, who did a stunning job on the Slammys logo. I'm still marvelling over it. If u wanna see the process of original -> finished logo, check out my insta post on it
🌟Dino, who does these hilarious Simpsons pics for the rando. Mostly including Mo :P

Production Line:
• We've got some cool smaller OSW vids in the pipeline (*squeeze noise*) -- OOC has a new wrestling book review, AND and OOC opinion piece on wrestling (which is the saltiest I think I've ever heard from him);
• Myself & V1 recorded a new batch of Playlist reviews, including wrestling booking sim "Journey of Wrestling". I am worried Mo's getting over too much, we have to go back! There's a couple other fun things that I won't spoil just yet.
• The next NoggerU film review is Battle Royale, which is being video edited. It's a whopper vid so it'll take time to get perfect.
• OSW 96 & 97, the WrestleMania Pre-Show and PPV itself! These are gargantuan reviews and I'm really proud of just how much we packed into them! There's so many extra bits and bobs OOC gave out to me.

I also wanna thank you guys for your patience. With how these New Gen OSW episodes are recorded and released, instead of getting one video out every 6 weeks, we're able to get 2 episodes every 8 weeks! (The Pre-Show and PPV) eg SNS2/Survivor Series at the end of August, Slammys/Rumble at the end of October. Fingers crossed for SNS3/WrestleMania XI end of December.

If you're wondering how far out in advance things are produced, Donald Kirby has finished the new comic book artwork for WMXI (as I'll need it motion-graphic'd for the intro), animated sequences are the first bit to get started on after audio work is done, and I'm working on getting a new intro for the show!

OSW Merch:
Lockdown and general STATE of the world has been havoc but AMAZINGLY Kev and the team at SquaredCircle have managed to get our biggest tees for sale! Original Macho (our first ever tee) and What Bar are in the UK and US stores!

We also have some new merch (OSW masks!) in production, I've been testing samples for the last few months and this third batch is the highest quality I've seen. It's what I love about working with Kev/SquaredCircle, quality and best value is what matters most. He tells me "no" sometimes with certain tee blends and type of printing if it's not good enough - I respect the hell of that! It's awesome to work with someone of insanely high standards  :)

Quick aside, I try my best to not bring it up but mental health-wise I'm not doing great, fuck, I can't wait for the world to get back to normal. Or at least be able to see my friends & family again. Keep looking after yourselves, endure; persevere now so we can all have a happier Christmas! Love you brahs.

TL/DR:
🍫 Lots of good stuff cooking! OSW Playlist, NoggerU film reviews and episodes all in production :)
🍫 OSW 96 & OSW 97: Just started audio editing, aiming to release them the week before and week of Christmas. Please, if you see someone ask about it tell them this!
Next videos to be released:
🍫 Bio-Dome with Pauly Shore (YouTube soon, or NoggerU right now!)
🍫 OOC wrestling opinion piece (YouTube)

Reminder that all future Patreon content is free, so you can watch all 48 videos released since March right here on YouTube!

See ya in the funny pages!
