Little bit of behind the scenes! (Cutting down YT blocks)
During my multiple passes of a video before it's finished, I upload OSW episodes to an alternate YouTube account and see what content ID matches there are, so I can re-edit around it. This means i'll leave the least amount of matches when disputing (ie less strife for when WWE's intern looks at it) so hopefully it'll be allowed online. So I weigh-up what's really important and what's worth trimming down. Have a look!
• Have a look at lines #2, #4, #5, #7, #8, #11, #12, #13 - they're ALL from the '94 Rumble, but youtube matched them to when the footage is used in various other WWE shows (eg WWF All American), or in compilation videos (Undertaker's Tombstone DVD) and even when the same footage is used in future PPVs (Rumble '95). Isn't that mental? Who says YT is broken 😂
• Have a look at line #2 and #4: you can see that WWE upload PPV into "Reel 1 and Reel 2" for some ungodly reason.
• The "Action" column is for me, like I'll rejigger footage of 123 & Marty winning the tag belts to get around getting matched and hopefully that'll work. If not, hey at least I tried!
Anywoo, thought you'd enjoy this little BTS of how annoying it is being a youtube creator! ha ha! btw V1's recounting of Sparky Plugg's RAW promo is so funny, i'm still laughing at it.

I know youtube is where the money is, but wouldn't be easier and make for a better video to add "scene missing; go to vimeo for uncut version." Less work for you and a better video.
Having two versions is more work 😂 it's a short bit of video footage so it doesn't alter the show by much at all (the audio is the same). Vimeo is pretty horrendous for playback of longform vids so I'll always favour YouTube. WWE can have all the money I just want it available on the site 😂
