Gotta agree with your thoughts on the "Peter Beardsley of online wrestling reviews"- been rewatching RR18, WM34 and I know I will get things thrown at me for this but I didnt really miss OOC that much on them- he is turning into Crush in Demolition or Paul Roma of the Horsemen!- I've been up for 52 straight hours and I am loosing my shit so ignore me
I don’t care how long it takes you guys to make content, I always enjoy whatever you put out, I’m super excited for Rumble 19. Maffew has finally grown on me. Hoping you give a decent retrospect on the cruiserweight divison as they’ve had some of the most consistent quality wrastling in the last year, Buddy Murphy is awesome. I know this shouldn't be something anyone should be complaining about, because it's your platform and you can do whatever the hell you want with it. But it was May when you started this Lexie story arc with the teaser and Survivor Series '92 review. I remember that I knew it was coming even earlier. I know you promised Brucie Bonus episodes and all, but out of 5 announced storyline videos, you've released 3 and the 4th one will come out in March? That's 10 months for "4 videos". Okay, okay, You've released some whopper bonus episodes, but some of them didn't ever really feature Lex Luger. The Listening party video was really hard to listen to. You'd have to remember everything you guys said, to know which talking part was part of the song and which parts were your commentary. I'd say the first Raw and stuff on the boat were essential Brucie Boni, and you have to have the Golden Noggers. But I just feel like the world's only Sanity fan or something. TLDR; WHERE IS LUDVIG BORGA!?!?!
Lol! It's one of those things where we're 'in the area', so it's a bit of now-or-never for some of these videos (like Smack Em Whack Em, as it was released circa WM9). Also, the larger episodes (eg KOTR '93) take about 2 months to create, so doing smaller reviews mean you're not waiting 2 months between episodes. summerslam will be a gigantic episode so I need time to do it justice. Just in general, things come up and we want to do them, like the song contest, or getting to visit the Marine 6 set, so videos end up being made about em (eg the next episode is the Marine review, or it's January so there's the rumble). I feel it's a bit of a misnomer to call it the Lex Express arc - he's more of a Mascot, easier to follow than "random bits and bobs in '93". Kinda like Black Reign didn't show up til halfway through his arc, which was more accurately a "pick and choose 2007 TNA PPVs". In the end, I create content I feel make for the best episodes, and isn't bound by rigid rules. Hopefully 2018 showed that! If you've more Qs then post em, the main thing is that OSW is going strong, and enjoy the ride! 🙂
