OSW $5 tier increase to $8.20 in May

We're increasing the $5 tier to $8.20 in May. I’ve been having difficulty finishing videos lately and am unhappy with my output. So I'd like to hire more people, and also pay the ones we have on more. Things cost a lot more than it did in 2016, but we've never raised the price ever, in almost a decade. I hope that's ok.
Couple more bits of info:
• No change to the price of the other tiers
• $5 price is locked in for everyone currently on $5 tier for the next 31 days
• Change takes affect in May (ie $5 March, $5 April, $8.20 May)
• Why such an odd number? I would love your sub to actually buy us a pint! and $8.20 is €7.10, is the actual price of a pint in Dublin.
• Patreon do non-American currencies in 50c increments so $8.20 tier is £6.50 or €7.50
• We've added a new yearly subscription option, so you can keep the same price now for a year 🙂
• Annual subs at the new price (April 19th onward) will include a 15% discount, which'll save you some money & bring it back down closer to the original price. (Added the above just to clarify).
• I get if this is an unsustainable increase (we're a frivolous entertainment expense) and that's totally ok. But I need help, and this will help!
There'll be more perks but I wanted to get out ahead of this as soon as I could 🙂 Patreon tells me they'll email you when it's coming time to renew.

Sorry to go against the grain, Jay, but I haven't felt I've been getting the Old School Wrestling content in any sort of way to justify my spending in ages, now. Compared to the likes of Wrestle Me, Deadlock, Bios etc. it's just no value when it comes to the core content. Sorry but I'm not renewing; I know you're getting mostly positive comments and this is in no way personal...but I could give two fucks about anything but wrestling on this channel and you're not putting out old wrestling at any sort of clip.
Totally fair mate. Nobody should be pledging to OSW for "value", as almost all of our content is free. It's to keep the show going, into our 15th Year and beyond! Appreciate ya supporting for as long as you did, and hope you'll enjoy the new arc next month 🙂

But it's already $8.20 as of March 22 with no option to change it to $5. Ah, must be a new subscriber thing! For current subs it doesn't raise until May, and for new subs it's the May price already. If u wanted to sign up, in May I could refund that month (that way it'd be ~$5 March April May) if u get me? (Just DM me in May!)

Not a problem at all, definitely worth it. I hope you've not been too stressed about it Jay, if anything it's way overdue given how much high quality entertainment you've given us for so little over the years. Like many of the others here, I've also bumped up a couple of tiers as well to cover for anyone who doesn't have the money to keep their subscription going right now.

Price increase for the content you do is fine with me. Been a fan for so long so i'll always support. Just one question I have Jay. I'm guessing we don't have to do anything like re sign up or anything? The price change just comes in automatically. I'm English so I'm on pounds but I get the gist of the price increase 😂
thanks for asking! you don't have to do anything - price will automatically change for May. I've added an annual sub option, in case people wanna sub at the lower price for a year (although that's still a lot of money!)

Might as well pay the $10, but since every penny counts for me I will have to drop my subscription. My finances are not what they were and while I could justify $5 I cannot do so for any higher. Sorry, gotta cut this cost, If I could I would but money is a major issue for me nowadays, between rent, food and gas my money is already being stretched thin.
