Coming this weekend!
Heya brahs!
Hope you had a lovely Xmas and got some beautiful snow (it's just sleet and frost here in ireland, boo!) but got some lovely news for ya.... NEW OSW THIS WEEKEND!
As you know we're in the between-arc phase, where the 3 hosts get a choice, the Xmas episode, fans' choice, so my choice is.... WWF's First Ever UK PPV! And it happened during the Hulkamania Era! Yeah!
Fast facts: "WWF Rampage" aka "WWF Superstars of Wrestling" live show from Oct 10, 1989 in London England. Shown exclusively on Sky. Main event is Hogan vs Savage!
Likely due to a rights issue between Sky and WWF, this PPV isn't on WWE Network, Netflix, Home Video, NOT ONE clip on WWE.com or WWE Vault. Officially it just doesn't exist! But I managed to finagle a copy and got our brah Nick Acosta to AI Upscale it, to give you optimal viewing experience. Our video is 2h26m -- since it's not available anywhere, I thought it'd be cool to do as a watchalong! We shove in as many facts and anecdotes and Qs for OOC as we can. I can't wait for you to see it. Coming your way this weekend!
So the plan is to release it this weekend here on nU, and then publicly when it clears copyright. Sláinte!
Jay 💚

Can't wait to watch this now today! This is THEE ultimate find Jay, amazing. Thank you so much! Top brah, brah! A winner is ALL of us. Chucky Ar Lá 😅😅❣️
I've been anxiously checking to see if it has cleared copyright yet, LOVE the OSW watchalongs!
Great! I desperately want you guys to redo the early episodes as OSW was so different early on, and nearly all the 80s stuff was during that period. But I'll take anything from the Hulkamania era that I can get!
You gotta stop spoiling us like this Jay, it's not good for us...
Wow. I don't think I ever heard of this show before.
It's a blast from the past. Feels like OG OSW.
Finding Hulkamania Era PPVs we haven't covered is slim pickins 😂 OOC kiboshed covering old SNMEs!
UK Rampage was class!
Well that's a nice surprise for the weekend
Can't wait for this! I hope it starts off with Hulk Hogan getting booed on RAW. :)
Yaaaaarrrrrsss! Thank you Jay! Can't wait!
Tremendous news love a bit of Dino Bravo especially if Ventura is on Comms
Oh! A show I haven’t heard of eh?! I like it!
Ah great news!!!
I think the only two matches that have ever been made available after broadcast are Hogan vs Savage & Bret vs Dino Bravo. I could be wrong mind you
Ah, the origin story of that terrible computer game. Finally!
We're going back to cunt Hogan!!!
Great news. Remember watching this when it aired. Lovely memory.
I didn’t even know this was a thing and I’m really excited to go back to the Hulkamania era (or is that C*ntamania era?) for this watch along.
Hell yeah! This is exceptional not just because we get more OSW but for the sake of preservation/archival.
How soon before it gets blocked? Are we starting a book? 😉
I'll encode a downloadable version too 😂
