Hi guys! 鈿旓笍
We have created this post to summarize this September 2022 Release in Highlands Miniatures: Dwarfs, Sons of Ymir Vol. 3.
This month we have created our first big dwarf hero, King Ulric of Thrym-Heim for our new fantasy Dwarf Army that we recently started in July. It has been a great journey so far and we will continue working on this amazing army along the rest of 2022 and 2023. Even next month we will see something about the Sons of Ymir during Spooktober and the rise of Transilvanya!
Remember guys, the September 2022 Release is composed of:
5x Dwarfs Kingsguard Core miniatures with two handed hammers and heavy armour
3x Dwarf Kingsguard Command Group
5x Dwarfs Crossbowmen Core miniatures
3x Dwarf Crossbowmen Command Group
3x King Ulric of Thrym-Heim upon a shield
Dwarf Crossbowmen Barricade
Dwarf Movement Tray
All the files are now ready to download from the Drive Archive. In the preview images you can see some printed examples of the miniatures.
As always, after the month ends, we will send the files through our MyMiniFactory store to your patron emails. Remember to redeem the files and link them to your MMF account because after the month ends, the files will be removed from the Drive Archive!

Hello! Will there be presupported files for the Kingsguard as well? Thank you!
Hi Robert! All the files are already available in the Google Drive Archive. If you can't seem them, please refresh the tab in your browser to update the Drive folder and you will be able to see those files :)
Great minis, i really love them. I still think about that time i misread "Dwarf Ballista" with "Dwarf Barista"... Is there maybe a tiny chance that you would do that mini? Just for fun's sake? I mean, Dwarves are handling machines and steam an so on all the time... Maybe a dwarven barista is just a veeeeery specialized dwarven engineer?
Thank you York! That would be a great miniature for sure! We will see how we can implement that idea into a hero miniature for future releases! :)
I don鈥檛 know how it鈥檚 possible but this may be your best month yet! Pure gold!
thank you very much Karsten! That put a lof of pressure into us as we want to increase the quality release after release! haha
I am glad to see so many dwarf ladies in their ranks 馃榿
The time for female dwarfs will arrive soon! :)
