"In times of peace, the halberdiers of the First Battalion of Lunnenburg, are dedicated to maintaining order and discipline between the different cities and towns that shine under the highest goodness of the Sun Emperor.
Each pair of halberdiers has been allocated between the routes that connect every part of the Empire of Sun with the capital and has the responsibility of extending the law further beyond villages and thorps. Sight a pair of halberdiers in the way is the guarantee that the travel is safe for merchants and citizens of the Empire of Sun. Admired by the people, they have a well-deserved reputation, being an honour belonging to the order of the Path’s Guardians.
Unlike other regular troops who are called up to the army from their jobs in farms or workshops, the Halberdiers of the First Battalion are a combat group accustomed to the barbarities and hardships of war, making long displacements in record time, being the first who present themselves to combat.
These veterans form battalion as a unique human-being in the front line. Each pair of halberdiers coordinates with their fellow following the strict protocol that only experience in battle is capable of establishing.
Accustomed to the paths and roads, they secure the supply routes of the armies and prepare the ground to present themselves with their halberds in the front line pointing to the noonday sun, wearing his panoply made up of pieces of armour that cover his most exposed areas, leaving the others to care for their skill, to have free movements during the combat. Always patiently waiting for the battle to begin, they form a unit of sixteen halberds led by a nobleman who will be followed into combat, dictated as a command by their iron discipline. Another occasion to demonstrate to the Sun Emperor the importance of his profession."

Here you have the full preview of the Empire of Sun' first unit. They belong to the Imperial District of Sunland. As you can see in the preview images, you can create a halbeldier unit, a spearmen unit or a swordmen unit with these miniatures!
Tomorrow we'll upload the first poll of the Second Season, and you'll be able to offer your help to the Sun Emperor to decide how to improve the cities of our beloved Empire of Sun!
On Saturday we'll tell you more about the Varyags Warriors and the Lost Tribe of Novgorod, the second part of this June 2021 release.

Hey guys good stuff right there! Just joined and all models are wonderful! In love with the Novgorod dudes and the Warriors of the Lady from the store. Something that I would like to suggest for future releases if possible are more heavy armor and more defensive poses :) Good job guys

Sure! The bases are the same for both units. We've uploaded the render to the Merchant Renders folder in the Archive :)
Hi! Going through the figures and on the renders there are 6 knights but there are only 5 files and not all the bodies are there. Don't know if im missing something :)
Hi Richard! It is the bannerman from the command group, that could be posed as halberdier/spearman/swordman, and also as a bannerman for de command group :)
Great looking figures, but it would be very usefull to include a second set of arms in all of the "spearmen" positions, but with their hands EMPTY and open. This is because it was far more common in 16th century warfare to use much longer pikes (around 16 feet long) and these would be very difficult to print and easy to break in resin. People could make their own long pikes from piano wire, plastic stock, etc, place and glue them into the open hands of the figures, and just glue the spearpoint on top of them.
That's a cool idea! We'll implement it for the Tercios unit, because their pikes are going to be really long and they have a lot of chances to break while playing with the miniatures :)
I've never been more excited to give a company my money! I played WHFB Empire before the End Times, and I have been looking for some models to 3d print and take me back to feeling like I am in junior high collecting my favorite army. Not only that, but you are creating a game that I can play with these models! I love EVERYTHING about it! I can't wait to have enough models to play a full battle with your 3D printed models. I am beyond excited. Thank you for all the hard work you put into designing these models. I am so pumped!!!
