Introducing the Owl Riders

For the Owl Riders, we wanted to create a truly unique flying unit that embodies the mystery and magic of the deep forest. Owls have long been symbols of wisdom, night, and silent death, the perfect companions for the Feral Elves.

The Great Owls are ancient spirits of the forest given form, as intelligent and proud as the elves who ride them. We spent considerable time perfecting the feathering, as each single feather is placed by hand. The variety of poses creates a dynamic unit that captures the grace and menace of these magnificent hunters.

The Great Owls are designed over a 50x50mm square base. The riders come separated from the mounts. The Great Owl 1 and Great Owl 2 come with a 2mm rod -that can be replaced by a 2mm brass rod- to improve stability and durability.
