June 2025 Preview: Vermin Mastery

Vermin Mastery

This June, the last wave of Sewer Vermin miniatures is slithering into Highlands Miniatures: and it’s a big one.

We’re mostly wrapping up this range with a host of unique hero characters, a full swarm of sneaky rats crawling straight from the gutter and the completely out-of-their-minds Sewer Vermin Wheeled Engine.

It’s the perfect release to complete your Sewer Vermin fantasy army. Squeak-squeak!

The June 2025 set of miniatures will be composed of:

• 1x Sewer Vermin Warlord with banner and modular weapons

• 1x Sewer Vermin Lord

• 1x Sewer Vermin Warlock

• 3x Sewer Vermin Assassins

• 7x Sewer Vermin Thugs

• 5x Sewer Vermin Smugglers

• 1x Sewer Vermin Wheeled Engine

• 2x Sewer Vermin Wheeled Engine Crew

Designing the Sewer Vermin Wheeled Engine has honestly been a bit of a headache. It needed to strike the right balance between looking absolutely wild and still being easy to print. We knew it had to stand out, but not at the cost of practicality.

Last month, we went to see the anniversary screening of Star Wars: Episode III: Revenge of the Sith at the cinema and… well, let’s just say the inspiration for this wheeled monstrosity may have come from a galaxy far, far away.

For the Sewer Vermin Thugs and Smugglers, as they are usually played in big numbers, the modular arms will help you achieve more variation within your units.

The Sewer Vermin Warlord also comes with modular hands -weapons- as we couldn't decide which weapon looks more badass for this mighty rat!

As always, working with these little rats has been a blast, chaotic but surprisingly fun!
