Thank you for joining us today in another decisive -and exciting!- moment in Highlands Miniatures.
In today’s publication we will look at what’s coming to Highlands Miniatures for the rest of 2024 and early 2025.
As always, we want to thank you all for your support along this fantasy development journey. We expect to continue working on additional fantasy miniatures for more years to come!
Workload and Release Schedule
For over a year we have been working hard to update our previous range of miniatures, like Sunland and Gallia, and to develop two new fantasy races as quickly as possible, the Eternal Dynasties and the Moredhun Orcs.
We wanted to push hard in order to have a brand new range of miniatures to represent the quality of Highlands Miniatures, quite different from those early miniatures we scultped for some of those races years ago.
Now that the updates are finished and the frenzy is finally over, we will go back to our normal workload and release schedule.
What does it mean?
Each monthly set of miniatures will be composed of two (2) core or elite units and a hero or unique miniature or set of miniatures. We may push harder in certain months for special occasions, like the launch of a new fantasy race.
Poll Results
The results of the Fantasy Poll we posted in Patreon and Tribes the 2nd of May are finally here!
We have selected four winners from this poll and we will be working on these fantasy races along 2024 and 2025 -and maybe in 2026- based on the vote order:
Aegean Elves: in first position with 481 votes, the Aegean Elves. Top choice by the community and the next fantasy race coming to Highlands Miniatures.
Sewer Vermin: in second position with 468 votes, the Sewer Vermin. We will begin to work on these rats in January 2025.
Feral Elves: these elves from the forest come in third position with 426 votes. We expect to begin working on this fantasy race in mid 2025.
Sons of Marduk: in fourth position, the evil dwarfs with 422 votes. We expect to begin working on this fantasy race in late 2025.
What will come next?
For this upcoming September 2024, a first entry set of Aegean Elves is under way to Highlands Miniatures. Core infantry miniatures, cavalry and much more. A perfect set to quickstart your Aegean Elves miniature collection!
We continue our Spooktober tradition this October 2024 with a new update of our Transilvanya line of miniatures. New heavy armoured skeletons, new vampires and more is coming to celebrate Halloween in Highlands Miniatures.
In November 2024 we will continue working on the Aegean Elves. The first set of elite infantry miniatures will arrive to Highlands Miniatures,
A third set of Aegean Elves is coming for December 2024. For Christmas we will see new elite infantry and cavalry miniatures.
The year of the rat! To celebrate the new year in Highlands Miniatures, a first set of Sewer Vermin miniatures composed of core infantry and other incredible miniatures will arrive in January 2025.

Kinda sad that Marduk boys are last. There are already cool proxies for High Elves and Skaven. But CD are basically non-existent.

There CD everywhere. White Angel Miniatures are starting in September, a complete set from Titan Forge and there is a kickstarter by Dakka.

Awesome cant wait to see the Vermin and Elves. I need a good alternative for my old White Lions . But as a Khemri Fan i hoped for a Warsphinx/Necrosphinx. That was actually one of two models i hoped for in your eternal Dynasties release. Keep on the awesome work.

So I'm just wondering if there are any plans to finish the Eternal Dynasties line. While some more character/Hero models would be very much appreciated, the absence of an equivalent to the Warsphinx and Necrosphnix is very notable. Sure, I can just use the original or Ghamaks version, but I would much prefer using your version.

Finally! Stuff I want. No offence I've been subbed all this time, yet none of the stuff made lately has really excited me. I was honestly thinking of dropping. However... everything until the end of the year is on my Christmas list. Guess the cat can go without an extra can of tuna this month.
