I love Baoding (Chinese iron exercise) balls.You can focus on it when you need to. It is also fun to see how you move the balls in your hand without chiming.

I like aromatherapy putty, quiet squishy things that bouncy, and things I can change the shape of. I also use chord rope Keychains and lanyards as fidgets too if I'm out in public and don't have one. I can play with it in my pocket.
