The #1 Mistake We Make Going Through Big Transitions
When we're going through big transitions, a lot happens. And there are times when the things that were working for us before that transition... aren't working for us now. Worse yet? We might be clinging to things that actually no longer help us now. I'm not immune from this mistake, so I wanted to share my experience, but also to share a little bit about what I learned from it.
Want to share your experience with Big Transitions and potentially have it quoted in my 2nd book? Awesome! You can do so here: https://forms.gle/PRN7DxEGsejNNV66A

Holy crap, great topic!!! I’ve found the psychological stuff is so important bc it underscores all of the function stuff. For example, if I’m moving to a new country, my old belief of, “I have systems that work” isn’t gonna cut it bc those systems need updates. So I could instead shift my belief to, “I can figure out how to navigate this new culture and environment and upgrade my systems.”
I was / am still going through something like this in the wake of my „second“ coming-out as non-binary. A lot of things in our world feel wrong now (well, more wrong than before 😅), and my mind still hasn’t fully aligned itself with how this all goes together now. For your book, I‘d be interested in a chapter about things like that – transitions that don‘t come from outside, but from within.
Agenda... so many system tried. And now I have obligation to use a platform that not work for me.
