Dubbi is already available for body-doubling. https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/dubbii-the-body-doubling-app/id6450302677
Another tool is to use app.sesame.ai to bounce thoughts off when there's no one immediately accessible, so you don't get stuck in a loop or on a decision
I posted about it and shared the document I use in the discord, but breaking up home care tasks by level of need instead of by room or be area has been game changing for me. I basically created 5-7 task lists by asking "what do I need to survive, to be comfortable, to feel like I'm thriving, to prepare for guests, to feel like a domestic god?" (Note, I've never completed that last section, but I'm okay with that lol)
Would be great to get a transcript or article version of your videos. Are they available?
YouTube has a transcript I believe, but we don't have a transcript or article version of videos at this time. It's something we hope to be able to do one day when we have more capacity!
Interesting
I haven't watched the video yet but the title sounds like its in my current focus of fixing my nervous system
