Allergic to Fur and More Traits
I finally finished updating this mod and even I added there my first custom animation! (not very good one, but still it’s a big move forward for me!)
The general mod description can be find here on my Wix site (on Wix there is only old version of the mod! New version is for now only available here! Remove all old files of this mod before adding new version!)
What was added in this version:
1. Allergy Pills – Sims with any allergy to fur can now buy pills via computer. Taking a pill will immediately remove allergy symptoms. IMPORTANT! – interaction to take a pil lis available only when Sim is standing. It’s because I didn’t know how to make animation for sitting posture…)
2. Immunotherapy - Sims with any allergy to fur can actually be fully cured now. It’s expensive and requires 3 doses of immunotherapy (Sim needs to choose interaction on phone, travel category).
3. Therapy session for Sims that are afraid of animals – each session removes temporarily negative features of traits: Afraid of Animals/Dogs/Cats. (Sim needs to choose interaction on phone, travel category).
4. EA Interactions override – I modified almost all EA interaction between Sim and Pets, to reflect more traits Afraid of Animals and Hate Animals.
a. for Afraid of Animals/Dogs/Cats – majority of interactions are locked until Sim goes to therapy session. After therapy session all interactions will be available again, until buff expires.
b. for Hate Animals/Dogs/Cats – few interactions are locked at the beginning, so it’s more difficult to get higher level of friendship with a pet. But once a Sim achieves higher level of friendship – interactions from this level are normally available (I imagined a scenario where a Sim doesn’t like animals in general, but then they meet one animal and eventually is very fond of this one).
c. This override is optional. If you don’t want it in your game, you can simply remove this one file.
5. Also I finally fix issue with icons not appearing in „Add Traits in Regular Menu” by Vicky Sims (chingyu1023).

I love your work, but can anybody tell me what files are missing from this pack? PlumbBuddy is telling me this download is missing files and I can't figure out which. Update: Figured out that it was missing the EA Override file, which I thought was optional but apparently is not.
Oh! that is my bad, I will need to fix it, or review my own approach to this mod. Sorry for confusion.

For me personally, its broken so i'm guessing they are working on fixing now.
Okay, I joined for free to comment on an issue I noticed. I don't know if it is just my game or a consistent issue, but this unfortunately causes my traits to disappear. As in, making it impossible for me to even click to select a trait. Which sucks since I really wanted to include this mod. I just wanted to bring the issue to attention. Hi, if such an issue happens, you should get some kind of Last exception. This is not something that happens in my game and I play with all my mods always (so I can see if some errors happen even after I check my mods after the patch). So I would need some additional checks on your hand, as I am simply not able to investige it (since it doesn't happen in my game). So please check for some last exception report, it can also be the one generated by MCCC or Better exception. Then, please check if it happens if only my mod is installed, and on a new save. It is possible that it's due to some conflict with other mod that you use so when both are installed then the issue appear. Thank you!

Hi, installation is maybe too big word for it, but usually this is how we call it - so basically you need to download the zip file and upack it within the Mods folder in the Sims 4 folder. Mod folder has following path in Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\ You can find a bit longer instruction on my site: https://ilkavelle.wixsite.com/simsquest/how-to-install-mods

No big deal thought ;) TY for this cool update, that makes the traits even more realistic !
