Patch modocalypse
Hello all, so I saw that after the newest patch around 90% of mods and CC are not loading at all into game. We all hope it's just the error on EA side and I personally wait for the fix, or at least (if that's not the error but a change on purpose) some statement how to fix things on modders side. Till then I don't plan to update my game, because it's pointless. I can't check my mods anyway.
And I recommend you doing the same, play offline, don't update till there is a fix for this issue, and let's hope it's available soon.

Glad to see they patched yesterday's patch lol. Hope your stuff all works OK. Thanks for all you do. :)
Almost all is good :) not many work this time luckily!
I updated yesterday and updated some of my mods that needed to be updated would that be affected now or is it the update for today that is causing this
I hope that the newest patch solved all your problems with mods.
How do I prevent it from updating? Is leaving the PC off for now the only way?
You should have autoupdates switched off and for now play in offline mode. That would prevent it from updating. Also some people say to not launch the game from the short cut as this may start update automatically.
I'm glad I normally wait to update til all of my "must have" mods have given all clear or been updated.
Yeah, I am also happy I didn't jump straight to updating.
If my game version on steam says last updated on 03/12/26, I’m still ok right? 😭 I just switched computers and had to reload the game
If you installed things before the patch dropped, you should be fine. If the last update says 12th of March - yeah, I think you're good.
It's another apocalypse day for Sims4 players. :)
Never boring ^^
I forgot and everything is pretty much broken for now even the clothes... thats crazy
Yeah, it's so random. Some modders do a lot of testing to discover the reason behind it, but there seem not to be any pattern, at least not a pattern visible for us. But the Sims team said they are investigating it, so at least they acknowledge this as an issue.
