February Patches - 1st drop of Updates

Hello everyone, I have finally first drop of updates. I am sorry, this patch was not even that bad, as I am bad at updating my mods this time. I can't focus or find time for this :( To everyone who recently followed me, I just want to add I am usually much faster with patches :/ But I am almost in the middle now, so I hope to finish till end of this week.

I upload here the 1st part. Reminder - you should unzip the files and put into Mods folder the files in .package format.

When I finish updating everything, I will then update respective articles and Mod Hound as well.

Also these updates are for both February patches (3.12. - 1.121.342 & 12.02. - 1.121.361) and the new EP.
