Download doesn’t work from beginning. Tried again in these days with higher Level membership without success. „Your email address is blocked!“ again and again
Like previous member addressed be open and transparant. Technical issues do not seem to be the cause of the problem here. This most likely is some issue regarding your team. I can understand why you want to keep this quiet of people maybe choosing sides and creating their argument here. But you can be more open an neutral on why the videos are down. let's call it you are in a negotiation phase over further licensing, if this is the case.
Some example about what video you can't watch? just to test :)
STILL broken
The issue continues after 10 days?
If it's really a technical issue, it should have been fixed within a day. Why don't you tell us the truth?
"Technical issues" my ass. It's not a coincidence it only affects Adel's videos. They most likely have a dispute regarding money and licensing.
Only some of Adel's videos
I get asked to "Unlock with Patreon" at patreon.massagevids.fun but it never unlocks - is this the same issue?
If I am correct it is
