Inner Resource Meditation in Central Park
In this meditation I lead Anna step by step into the moment she was conceived. We made a few stops on the way back in memory to feel Appreciation, Attraction, Happiness. We gave all the blessings Anna could think of to this unique God's Creation called Anna. We sealed these good memories in a sacred stone she picked.
