Nice model! I think highlights in the face textures should be turned down a bit. You can see the photo origin of them. Do you have a look at your models in VR? Because often what looks great on the Desktop, turns out to be an abomination in VR. Anyway, still great work. I myself struggle a lot with trying to get a character right.
