Heyyyy everyone! ๐ถ
Say hello to the adorable new Flexi Shar Pei Puppy! ๐
This tiny wrinkly buddy is full of charm, chunky little paws, and that signature squishy face that makes Shar Peis so lovable ๐พ
I had so much fun bringing this little guy to lifeโฆ and those adorable folds and wrinkles? ๐
Definitely a challenge, but totally worth it for that classic squishy Shar Pei look!
Recommended settings:
No need for supports!
Aim for a layer height between 0.16mm - 0.18mm
Stick to 3 walls
Shoot for a 15% infill (Gyroid)
Downscale from 100% to 70%
Downscale the bag charm version to 70%, since printing at 100% may make it a little too chunky for that purpose! ๐พโจ
Filaments I used
Esun PLA+ HS beige for body
Esun PLA+ Peak green gor collar (Printed separately)
Esun PLA+ Black and white for eyes
Sovol Neon Pink for Tongue
Note: The included 3MF files come preloaded with my custom print profile and arranged objects for the best multicolor results.
For optimal quality, I highly recommend printing from these 3MF files.
Happy 3D Printing! ๐ ๏ธ๐จ

If you had ball & socket leg joints I would join instantly. The face & body shapes are great but the leg joints just donโt work for me
Thatโs completely fair feedback, and I really appreciate you sharing it. ๐ The main challenge is that adding ball joints to the legs takes up a lot of internal space and ends up interfering with the middle body ball joint. So to make proper ball-jointed legs work well, Iโd most likely need to remove the center body joint entirely. Iโll definitely take note of your comment and ask the community what they prefer overall. If most people feel the middle body joint doesnโt add much value, I could shift that joint budget toward fully ball-jointed legs in future designs instead. ๐
