Flexi Goofy Grin Elf With Display Box (Sneak Peek)
Hey everyone, Sneak Peek time! 👀
I’m working on a new design, and it’s definitely going to take a few extra days to finish… but I couldn’t resist sharing what I’ve been working on! 😄
We have a new flexi friend joining the collection — meet the Flexi Goofy Grin Elf, along with his own little display box!
The box dimensions are around 88 × 130 × 42 mm, and it takes about 3 hours to print (box + lid). I’m still optimizing it to shave off some print time — hopefully the idea works out! Let me know in the comments what you think.
🧰 Two Lid Options
🔹 Option A – Transparent Lid
I’m planning to glue a thin lamination sheet underneath, but it’s still in the testing phase and may or may not work as planned. If it doesn’t hold up well, we might have to ditch it and go with Option B — but hey, that’s what testing is for! 🤞
🔹 Option B – Perforated Lid
Print-in-place and requires no extra steps. Super simple.
If you have any other ideas for the lid, don’t hesitate to share them in the comments — I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Yeah, option B feels much more feasible. I tested option A and it was too messy to handle manually, so now I’m working on option B—let’s see how it turns out! 🙂
Cool design! One thing I thought when I seen the one with the bars look is give him a crazy grin like he's the krampus elf version. The bars would look like a straight jacket. Lol.
