The Little Flexi Crested Cockatoo is finally here and ready to download from the March Designs Post!
Choose from:
🔹 Print-in-Parts – Less waste & faster printing
🔹 Mostly Print-in-Place – Snap-fit head + glued crest
Both versions include keychain 🔑 and magnet 🧲 options!
💡 Keychain tip: Scale to 80% for a better size, and use a brim when printing small.
Below are the recommended settings:
No need for supports!
Aim for a layer height between 0.18mm - 0.2mm
Stick to 2 walls
Bottom layers: 4
Top layers: 6
Shoot for a 15% infill (Gyroid)
Downscale from 100% to 80%
Precision settings: Slice gap closing radius - 0.004, Resolution - 0.004 (Highly recommended for multicolor Prints)

Just finishing up the crest on mine and I couldn't be more excited! I decided to do mine blue and yellow and it totally gives off that Rio vibe! lol

I second that! An effort and kindness that is not lost on those of use who like to conserve materials and reduce waste when printing. I've got an ACE/AMS but won't use it unless absolutely necessary lol. So yes, thank you for doing your releases in both formats, it is SO appreciated!
