I hope you're all doing amazing! I'm beyond excited to announce that the Flexi Cat is now available for download to all Patreon and Tribes subscribers! This design is super fun—it’s mostly print-in-place, with a snap-fit head that locks into the body. If you're going for multicolor prints, don’t forget to dial in those Precision settings for Best results! I highly recommend starting with a single-color print first to see how it works with your machine. And if the head feels a little tight or loose, no worries—you can easily adjust it by scaling the head up or down by about ±1% for that perfect fit!

Below are the recommended settings:

• No need for supports!

• Aim for a layer height between 0.16mm - 0.18mm

• Stick to 2 walls ( 3 Wall count if you are downscaling at 80% to avoid pup out of ball joints)

• Bottom layers: 4

• Top layers: 6

• Shoot for a 15% infill (Gyroid)

• Downscale from 100% to 80%

• Precision settings: Slice gap closing radius - 0.004, Resolution - 0.004  (Highly recommended)
