No need for supports!
Aim for a layer height between 0.16mm - 0.18mm
Stick to 2 walls
Bottom layers: 4
Top layers: 6
Shoot for a 15% infill (Gyroid)
Downscale from 100% to 80%
Precision settings: Slice gap closing radius - 0.004, Resolution - 0.004
Un-Check Arc Fitting

This is so cool but even scaled down to 92.35% for just 1 is 11 hrs or 26 1/2 hrs for a plate of 20 both times without the signs.
